... and read all of the "real' 1 star reviews that show what it is really like to deal with them.

You cannot speak to anyone or have any kind of dialogue that isn't a chat bot or overly unnecessarily complicated cancellation/return process.
..... They will threaten you with Trading Standards (for some reason!) if you try to cancel your order within your consumer rights to do so.

I have never had such a poor Customer Service from a company. Dispute raised with my Credit Card company and Trading Standards.

STAY AWAY - 0 Stars

Placed an order worth almost £1,200. All was fine, save for one item which I received their permission to return.

I duly arranged for return postage at my own expense, and know for a fact that the item was received (recorded delivery). Despite chasing them for 2 months (and their repeated promises that the refund will be issued), I still haven't been paid back.

I cannot recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional. I have informed my credit card issuer to challenge the transaction now.

Once I found the correct area to email the customer support experience was first class - professional and speedy reaction to my query / request.

Very happy with everything would use again without hesitation no issues at all.

I ordered a vanity unit which was listed as being in stock at the time. Shortly before it was due to be delivered they informed me it was not in stock and wouldn't be for over a month. I cancelled the order as I was about to start my bathroom renovation and needed a vanity unit quickly. They were very helpful initially and responded promptly to emails and offered alternatives, which unfortunately weren't suitable. After cancelling the order I was told the accounts team would be in touch to arrange my refund. They didn't do this and the accounts team are uncontactable. The customer service team say they have no control over refunds and are unable to help. I've had to go through my bank to try and get a refund with chargeback. I would advise to avoid this company!

We ordered two aluminium radiators from this company, unfortunately one had a manufacturing fault. Customer Service were excellent in resolving this for us, from the speed of replying to our initial report, to having a replacement unit sent out and the faulty unit collected. We would certainly use this company again if we require any further radiators!

Don't believe the people on here whining because something hasn't gone their way. I placed a large order for a hotel I am refurbishing everything arrived as expected one item was delayed by 1 day, but not everything runs smoothly all the time that's not how life is... 5 stars all day long thanks les

Megan dealt with a warranty issue very efficiently. Took a matter of days to get the replacement item. Amazing service.

I emailed the company to say one of their new thermostatic valves did not appear to be working. I received a reply, virtually by return, and received a replacement part two days later.

Still waiting for a refund from 7th December. Finally received an email saying my refund is being processed on 23rd January and still not received anything! Phone lines goes in circles, live chat is hopeless, don’t respond to emails!

My shower tray arrived without issue, tracking was provided the day before delivery and it arrived well packed on a palet, Cannot fault the service or goods received if i could give 1 million stars i would. thank you so much!

Please do not buy from this company I ordered and paid over £950 for 2 Burlington toilets said it was going to be delivered on 15th Jan but nothing other than 2 toilet set handles then after a number of emails I then got a delivery date of 8th feb that never turned up and then I managed to get through to someone on the phone to be told they cannot fulfil my order and that I would get a refund within 72 hours !! Still nothing after many emails and phone calls put in (you cannot speak to anyone they say the phone lines are not working at present).. this company are scammers they are taking peoples money and knowingly not fulfilling the orders. They are still advertising the Burlington toilets… I will now have to contact trading standards

Terrible company. After 9 months my bathroom extractor suddenly stopped working. There is zero aftersales service, the phone number doesn't work, then you interact with a bot, which is worse than useless, and when you click on email - it takes you around in a loop to pages with no further help. Designed to wear you down. Clearly a company who just want to sell. Shouldn't be allowed to trade imho. Can't see how any positive reviews on here are genuine.

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered a shower tray £256.00 on 6 Jan with a delivery date of 24th Jan, got an email day before to say it won't be until 27th Jan. Stayed in all day for delivery and no show. Tried to contact company could not get through on the phone. 30th Jan got an email to say shower tray is out of stock and is no longer available. Asked for the order to be cancelled on 30th Jan. Today 16th Feb still had no refund and now the phone line is unavailable and the live chat I've been waiting and I've been number 6, but has been like that for ages. No one seems to be available at all. What sort of reputable company phone line is not available!!!
Edited-Waited on live chat for 1 hour to be told I need to email refunds. Wish me luck, I'll come back and report if I get my refund. The also go by the name Luxpad group and designer stone shower trays....beware of all of them.
