I placed an order in January and I have had nothing but problems since. I have never experienced such poor customer service and organisation. Initially the order didn’t arrive on the delivery date and I had to chase them waiting on hold for nearly an hour. They then failed to deliver the items a further 3 times!! I was then told one of items was damaged and out of stock. I am still waiting for a refund nearly a month since ordering and they are not responding to my emails. I am happy to remove this review if you send me what is owed. This is unlawful and I will be taking this further if this is not resolved this week.

Ordered two mirrors. On two separate delivery dates we sat in from 0800-1800 hrs and nothing arrived. On the third delivery dates DPD delivered broken mirrors. No ‘fragile’ stickers on the boxes. Have filled in a; online form and tried calling for a refund but just get a message saying they are not taking calls at the moment. Hopeless! Will call my credit card company to sort.

Ordered 20 rads for a hotel rennovation after been let down by a well known trade supplier, delivery wasnt next day due to volume of product ordered , but 2 days later all 20 arrived in perfect condition, thanks designer bathroom for getting me out of a situation. Will Order again if i ever need anything!

Rapid resolution to a product fitted in 2022. Contact email answered in less than 3 hours and fully resolved by 24 hours. Purchased some more valves and will be placing another order when plumber has confirmed tech. Good service

The second purchase with the website. New radiators for the annexe. Good quality, reasonable pricing, all fittings and instructions and great heat output. Wished we had bought Aluminim in other areas of the conversion. Recommended

We contacted the company for a replacement part. Megan was excellent. She was courteous, quick to respond to emails, and solved our problem efficiently.

Megan kindly arranged required replacement items to be sent to be very promptly.

Items was delivered on time but had a small piece of damage. The aftercare team responded promptly to us raising the issue and a replacement product was shipped next day.

Bad company. Only delivered one product. The others are still missing. I tried to return the one that did arrive but their returns process doesn’t work/ exist. They don’t pick up their phones - I sat on hold for over 30 mins. I eventually spoke to someone called Rachel on live chat who said that everything was great and she would email me about my return and missing products. Needless to say that email never arrived.

I do a lot of online shopping and this is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. Please save yourself.

FURIOUS!
I ordered a gloss black Burlington toilet seat on 23rd December. With the holidays and a serious health issue with my mum I lost track and had assumed my order hadn't gone through. On checking my bank statement however I realised I had indeed been charged. To date I have not received the seat and have had no replies to telephone calls or emails. IN FACT I have had my emails BLOCKED!!!!!! Having read similar reviews I can only conclude that this is a scam company. I will be contacting the local police and BBC Watchdog along with my local consumer BBC programme. Luckily I'm only out about £100 but I can imagine that there are many of you much worse off. I'd be keen to hear from anyone who'd like to pursue this disgraceful company!

Avoid!! Same problem as a lot of other people, impossible to get hold of anyone in customer service and they have no complaints procedure, returned goods ordered online which should be refunded within 14 days but still not received it after 8 weeks.

Second order from DBC , haven't reviewed previously so thought I would. Comms 5 Star, Delivery 5 Star overall a pleasure to deal with!

We ordered an illuminated bathroom mirror. The delivery was speedy, good communication regarding delivery dates and the product is very good quality.
Finishes our new bathroom off perfectly.

Top service from the team. Good product advice when choosing the radiators and towel rails. Struggled with the BTU. Ordered by phone with Andrew, delivery date booked and concluded last week. Checked and good quality choice. Not fitted until March but so far so good.
