This is very good brand

The Casa Blui team — especially Luis and Marce — were wonderful to work with. They were thoughtful, caring, and stayed in constant contact from delivery through setup, making sure everything went smoothly. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend Casa Blui and the Treesse Shadow spa and its luxurious design.

It was bananas. The client picked out the hot tub and I managed the install which was so confusing with the electrical demands. Also the "white glove" service was so not "white glove" and the scuff marks they left on the brand new tile had to be professionally cleaned.

We are in New Jersey. The entire experience dealing with the Casa Blui team were great especially Luis. We wanted a spa large enough to not feel crowded when there's 4 ppl in it. Well the Muse fits 8 comfortably. The Muse is beautiful, elegant, all the jets are well hidden. Winter 2025 - 2026 will be fun!! Luis is great, walked us through the entire sales process, delivery, follow ups etc, always being available when needed.

I learned about Casa Blui by surfing the web and after coming across their website, I immediately knew I needed to go deeper. After perusing their website for information on each of the spas in their product line, I took the next step and gave them a call to ask more specific questions. They guided me in making a wise decision that met all my needs (budget, quality, people capacity, aesthetics, etc.).

I was in the process of having a pergola constructed where the spa would be located and they were very accommodating and flexible to store, deliver and set up when I needed it.

They sent documents regarding the specs for the electrical set up prior to delivery and had their team come to inspect to ensure everything was perfect. Once it was delivered the set up process was seamless.

After set up, their technicians returned a week later to make sure everything was working properly and to answer any questions I may have had. They also provided me with a spa service kit and once again reached out to see if there were any additional questions. They also welcomed the idea of me contacting them if ever I had any questions or concerns.

We bought the Nova spa from Casa Blui and it’s everything you’d hope for. Phenomenal service and company.

I found the cube spa from Casa Blui after countless hours of Googleing. We were looking for a design that matches the clean, modern aesthetics of our home and practically all common above ground spas looked ugly/goofy to me with their plasticky appearance and the overbearing body moldings and random placements of jets. This was the design we had been looking for and it was a viable alternative to building an in-ground spa. It came with a price to match its cool looks, but it was still less than half the cost of an in-ground spa, without the construction problems and complicated maintenance. Naturally we were apprehensive about quality and service of such a small seller, but Andrei was super responsive and effective at putting my concerns at ease - one by one. We now have owned this spa for nearly one year and have not regretted the purchase, although there are a few drawbacks we experienced:

1. The control panel gets were finicky and unresponsive when wet (which is Harley avoidable when using the spa).

2. The installer did not point out the challenges of a surface set-up that was not completely flat. Like most concrete slabs, the one we used to set up our is titled in one direction to allow water to drain. Even the relatively small tilt, caused water to accumulate on top of the control panel, making it very hard to use. I had to hire a different contractor to lift the spa and level the surface underneath.

3. The cube spa looks great and works for us. However, you need to be aware that the bottom is level, which is somewhat different from most spas, that allow a conventional seating position. This spa has you more in a lounging position.

4. The built-in speakers work, but when you’re in the spa with the jets on, you will have to turn your volume up all the way, which means you’ll be mostly entertaining your neighbors.

I absolutely love our hot tub! Its modern, sleek design is truly one-of-a-kind and stands out from any other hot tubs I’ve seen in Aspen. It’s not just a hot tub—it’s a statement piece. I’m thrilled to explore all its amazing features and can already tell it’s going to bring endless enjoyment.

The customer service has been phenomenal—no matter the day or time, they’ve always responded promptly and gone above and beyond to be helpful.

I couldn’t be happier—worth every penny! I’ll be sharing pictures as soon as the weather warms up, but for now, just know this hot tub is everything we hoped for and more. Highly recommend!

This is a very innovative company. Most spa/hot tubs are ugly and we simply couldn't find one that fit with our contemporary designed home , frankly I've never seen a nice hot tub in any setting unless is poured in concrete or enclosed. Casa Blui figured this out and packed a beautiful design with great technology. The service experience and attention to detail was also really important since we didn't buy this through a traditional pool/spa retailer. Highly recommend.
