My experience with Andrei and Designer Home Spas was very professional and helpful. I was unsure of purchasing a spa online without sitting in it. Andrei spent time with me to discuss the different products and features and delivered what he promised. I am incredibly happy with the well-designed and beautiful spa we received in 5 weeks. My spa is a designer showcase and look fabulous in my backyard.

Andrei and his team at Designer Home Spas made the experience of selecting and shipping our epic spa to Hawaii a breeze. Andrei diligently brought a professional and on point follow through with every process of our experience. Building multi million dollar homes gets complicated with all kinds of challenges. Working with professionals who care about their clients truly resonated with me in Andrei’s commitment to our project in Hawaii. Cheers to more company’s like this one. Thank you and Aloha from Hawaii.

I was looking for a unique modern hot tub and was able to find Designer Home Spas. The website had a variety of options which were like nothing I had ever seen in the hot tub space. We wanted a high-end product to fit in with our new modern construction. The quality and overall experience was wonderful, and it fits in perfect with our theme. This is a more expensive unit than a traditional hot tub but for those looking for quality it is well worth it. The customer service from start to finish was top-notch. I was constantly checked in with an informed of the progress of the delivery and felt well taken care of. If you are looking for a high-end hot tub along with VIP Customer Service this is the place to buy

They were very helpful and communicated well.

Phenomenal experience with the buying process - their sales team guided me to the right hot tub for my specs (the zen). Also really love my new hot tub, everyone who visits asks where i got it!

Andrei is so pleasant to work with. The communication is above expectations. He is quick to respond and handle any issues that may arise. The spa is beautiful and comfortable. It is much more attractive than the cookie cutter offerings that have been available to the US market.I am very happy with this purchase. - Lisa C.

Our new spa has been an absolute game-changer for my downtime at home. Sneaking in a dip before a day of work over a coffee, or sipping a Reposado in the bubbles after a day in the office. I find myself using the spa more than I had initially imagined. Super easy to use and maintain. Thank you to Andrei and the team for all of your help!

Our experience was above and beyond. Andrei was so helpful, efficient and made this experience of purchasing our first spa an easy and amazing one.

Our hot tub has exceeded our expectations. My husband is a professional athlete and it’s crucial in his line of work to have this available.

Aesthetically it looks stunning in our home. Getting it assembled was a smooth process once again thanks to Andrei’s communication and efficiency.

Quality Product and Great Service!
Happy to have come across the Cube product, did tons of research and ultimately decided on the Cube. I have a multi-unit real estate project and once other unit buyers saw the product the requests started to roll in, have ordered multiple units and anticipate ordering more
Andrei has been a great point person to work with, who is very knowledgeable and keenly focused on customer satisfaction

Highly recommend Designer Home Spas. I purchased the Cube Spa, and Andre was wonderful with communication throughout the order process and installation went smoothly. They know their product and stand by their quality. Beautiful spa!

I cannot recommend Designer Home Spas enough! I had been shopping around for a jacuzzi for months while renovating my backyard to find something that I could relax in that wouldn't clash with it's surroundings. All of a sudden, I came across the Cube Ergo spa and reached out for details (product specs, delivery, etc.) and the customer service was nothing but exceptional. The delivery and installation was painless and the spa turned out even more beautiful than I expected. I have been using it 3-4 times a week since I got it, and has become a great excuse to get the family to spend time together.

Andre was professional and communication throughout the whole process was prompt and transparent. Everything turned out better than expected and we would gladly do business here again in the future if needed. Overall, Andre has our approval.

10/10. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I live in upstate NY and was initially a bit hesitant about buying such an expensive hot tub (and how it would fair in the below-freezing winter), but after weeks of research and dozens of phone calls with different vendors, it became 100% clear that Designer Home Spas was the way to go.

6 months in, the spa is incredibly durable and has brought me - and my family - more joy than I could have imagined.

This is my 3rd hot tub and is by far the best.

Many thanks to Andrei and the team!

Top notch product from a top notch installer. The team was able to successfully navigate challenges of a rooftop install in a metro area while still delivering a class “a” product. Team has been highly responsive on questions and the product is in a league of its own versus “regular” tubs.

Introduced by our Architect. Cube Spa was added to our roof deck on Cape Cod. Designer Home Spas
coordinated with our builders to overcome all challenges. Exceptional service, with the philosophy of establishing a relationship with the end user. Highly recommend this Company.
