Great experience from start to finish. Martin kept us updated throughout especially as Martin and his team were installing our heat pump alongside the new Adia thermal controller and also wall mounting the heat pump. I would definitely recommend Martin for heat pump design and install and would also recommend the Adia system in conjunction. Although it’s early days using the heat pump it’s already saving money compared to gas just for heating hot water. Look forward to seeing what data we get when we get to heating season

Great service and Martin responded to any questions promptly. Processed the grant application quickly and efficiently. Would use his services again and would recommend to others.

Martin came out to help me with a smart thermostat that I was trying to install, a relatively small job that most people would turn down or give me a date 2 weeks away, but Martin came out the same day I'd been in contact. He looked at the electrics coming from my heat pump and quickly started to wire up the relay. Within an hour it was all done and he even helped me with a stuck valve. I feel really lucky to have come across Martin and had such a swift and efficient service. I was even more astonished by what he charged - lots of people would have charged a call out fee at twice the rate he charged for the whole job. (I'm autistic and physically disabled and this is often a cue for people to overcharge me.)
Martin knows his stuff and charges a very fair price, I can't recommend him highly enough.

Martin came to Bristol to help us design a new air source system, to replace our outdated set up. Offering advice along every step of the planning and installation elements, Martin was a source of knowledge and experience, giving us the right options available for our home. Martin worked efficiently and tidily during the 4 days on site and it was a pleasure having him visit us. His electrician Stuart, came for one day and again provided a top level service, along with some great humour too. So far so good, as we are very happy with the end result. We would highly recommend this company and will not have any issues in passing the contact numbers on to friends and family if they required services of this nature. Many thanks to Martin and Stuart.
