Charming Green is from the 3 tone collection which means it has 3 tones. From what I can see the colors are Honey around pupil hole, green in the iris area and a sort of blue/aqua blue around the limbal ring. My only suggestion would be to darken the limbal ring - It is so light it is barely noticeable. In my opinion a darker limbal ring makes it more realistic and it looks better, it makes the inner colors really pop.

I started buying Desio last year and never had any problems. This time I tried a new color, Precious Grey, and one lens tore after only about five wears, which made me really worried since the lenses are quite expensive.

However, the customer service was amazing. Wadi was very helpful and assisted me through the process, and they kindly arranged a replacement for me. I really appreciate her help and the support from the team. Thank you so much!

I am absolutely SHOCKED and appalled by the response I received from Desio. I have been a loyal customer in Germany for years. Despite receiving mismatched, defective lenses in my last two orders (November and February), I chose to overlook the issue out of loyalty and placed a NEW BOGO for my upcoming travel on April 10th. I paid the full amount, expecting professional support.
Instead, I was met with an incredibly RUDE and disrespectful response from Supervisor MARIO. He cancelled my order and BANNED me from future purchases just because I pointed out their manufacturing defects. This is a total violation of EU Consumer Law!
It is disgraceful to treat a customer who stayed loyal despite your mistakes with such lack of respect. I have clear photographic evidence of the defective lenses. I now demand a full refund for my November and February orders. Avoid this brand if you don't want to be insulted for asking for the quality you paid for. update: Update March 24: Desio is LYING to cover their manufacturing defects. I have PHYSICAL PROOF in my hands: both old and new lenses, and they are NOT the same color. I NEVER asked for a refund; I only asked for matching, professional lenses for the price I paid. Even in 2024, my 'Honey' lenses were mismatched, and I stayed silent out of loyalty. But I will not be silenced about your LIES and insults. Using my husband’s account and my own is perfectly legal in Germany. You are trying to suppress a loyal customer instead of admitting your poor quality control. This matter is NOT closed until I receive my full refund for your errors. I have already escalated this to PayPal and the German Consumer Centre (Verbraucherzentrale) to protect my rights under EU Law. Update: Desio is trying to avoid" responsibility by making false accusations. Using my
husband's account and my own account is perfectly normal and legal. My complaints were ALWAYS supported by clear photo evidence of mismatched colors (one blue, one greenish).
If your manufacturing was consistent and professional, I wouldn't have to complain. You are violating EU Consumer Law by refusing to refund defective products from November and February. This matter is NOT closed until I receive my full refund for your errors. I have already escalated this to PayPal

Absolutely the best color contacts on the market and exceptional customer service!

I think the quality of the quarterly lenses has declined. After about one month they are uncomfortable and unwearable. They also tear easily and I’ve had to throw many pairs away because of these issues. They seemed better a few years ago; something has definitely changed. I cannot send a photo as I had already opened and worn them a few times.

I’ve been using these lense for years now they are my favorite the color are beautiful! I had an issue with one pair of lense when they split after a couple of uses but I reach out to customers service and they were very helpful with resolving my issue will continue buying from them !

I would like to share feedback about my recent experience with Desio.
The lenses I received in November 2025, shipped from Italy to California, unfortunately arrived damaged. After several emails, sending photos, and explaining the high cost of returning the defective lenses from the U.S. to Italy, I was still asked to ship them back at my own expense, which was more than twice the price of my original purchase In addition to that, the color of the lenses was completely different from the shade shown on the model in the photos, which added to my disappointment.
After my final email and detailed explanation, customer service eventually approved a replacement without requiring the return. Today, February 5th, I received the new lenses in good condition. Although the process took a long time and required a lot of back‑and‑forth communication, I appreciate that the company ultimately sent a replacement to ensure customer satisfaction.
I hope Desio considers improving its support process for situations like this, so customers do not have to spend so much time explaining or face high return costs for defective products.

I have ordered from them several times and have only experienced fast delivery and great products. There was a small issue with the lenses this time, which is the first time I’ve ever experienced that with them, and they resolved it immediately by offering either a refund or a replacement at their expense. I chose to receive the product again, along with a small complimentary gift. Truly great and fast service.

I had to wait like 2 months for the lenses to arrive. The lenses were supposed to last 4 months, one quarter. The first pair of lens broke after 3 days of use. I contacted desvío customer service. They stated they would get back with me asap. Ten days had gone by and no answer from Desio.
