DESKY ARE CRIMINALS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.They fake 'signed' the order as delivered - as in faked my signiture! I got a copy of it via automatic email... We now have to pursue them legally.

Look I didn't have a great experience with Desky, there was an issue from the side of the people delivering that was not Desky's fault. The customer service via email was good, not super fast but they did reply. The actual chat service on their website was confusing. Again might not have been his fault. The thing is, it's an Australian company run by real people, they respond like real people and you are not talking to bots. When I said please just refund because it's taking too long they did. If I had more patience I would have just waited for the issue to be sorted out. So yes you might read some reviews that complain about the delivery but in terms of them as a business, they are not scammers, they are good people.

I ordered a mini desc from them , it came fast and price was good. All was ok.

Probably the worst return & exchange policy I've ever seen. Received a under desk PC mount for Christmas which was purchased in late November. I've already got the exact same one, and wanted to exchange it for another product. It was outside the "7 day" policy. Ridiculous given that over the busiest retail period of the year you'd expect there to be flexibility with returns. Product is fine. 1 star review for policy and customer support (which was hopeless)

Ordered a sit-stand mini desk from Desky during the Black Friday sale. The build quality is excellent — sturdy, well-designed, and clearly made to last. I’d highly recommend it to anyone working from home and looking for a high-quality, space-efficient workstation.

I had questions about a stand up desk before i purchased. The team was quick to pick up the phone and talked me through what options i had, no hard sell, just genuine customer service.

Purchased Vanguard chair and it was delayed 2 times after showing up for delivery due to the sorting facility assigned package to the wrong driver. Terrible customer support as the manager hasn’t replied to my emails for the last 2 days. They use an unreliable shipping service, so your order may not arrive even after 9 days. I spent hours on hold with the shipping company’s customer service. It has been a terrible experience.

It is rare to come across a manual that has clear instructions. The video tutorial was extremely helpful and made it really easy to assemble. Absolutely love my new standing desk!

I think this company is a scam. I ordered a $45 tablet holder and then got an email saying their logistics costs have gone up. Apparently they would normal ask for an extra $55 to cover freight but would ask me to only pay $30 more. I replied that I would not pay extra and asked for a refund. They refunded my purchase immediately. I do not recommend purchasing anything from them.
