Helen comes across as a wonderful warm lady who comes across well & knows her subject well. Ikigia is new to me , but I would definitely like to know more.

Helen's enthusiasm for her subject is inspiring and I found her workshop session really informative. Helen knows her stuff and I would recommend chatting to her about Ikigai.

I really enjoyed the workshop with Helen. Gave me a lot to think about and bring back to use in my work. Great online workshop that introduces you to the ikigai concept. There were also some light exercises to help you find our own ikigai and these were really helpful. Great teaching style.

I attended the Breakthrough Leadership Workshop yesterday which was delivered by Helen, it was excellent from start to finish. I am new to my role and at the beginning of my leadership journey; the workshop was very informative and I have taken so much away which will benefit me long-term. After moving into my first management position I met with Helen to increase my confidence in having difficult conversations with the team. This was something I knew I had to get better at and in only 4 sessions the difference is amazing! Being able to think out loud with some guidance from Helen really helped me feel much more confident.
