Bike has not run well from purchase. I put it in for diagnostic two days ago. Unable to contact servicing for update. Phone just asks me to leave a message and they will get back to me, but never do. My bike went in at 0900. Could not get hold of them for update, so got my neighbour to give me a lift. At 4pm, the bike had just been started. The following day, no contact. This is day three now and not one phone call. Triumph had my bike for three full days. 1.5 hours labour charged, so happy with that. I got through to Solent to be told they are busy, but will get back to me. No follow up.
I had to contact them in the end to be told my bike was now ready. Three full days and not one phone call. I have asked if they are interested in buying the bike. Been told they will get back to me. Not holding my breath.

Destination Solent. The guys are fabulous. Bought my T100 from them 3 years ago. Broke down two weeks ago as battery needed replacing (under-used due to lockdowns & new WFH). They arranged to pick up my bike. They got a new battery, serviced and MOT. Plenty of comms updating me on progress. Brilliant service all round. Happy Customer! Thanks

I would like to give them more than 5 stars. From my first visit to collecting my new bike they have given me so much advice, very helpful with my purchase and generally very friendly.

I purchased a new bike from the Washington branch and the customer service was exceptional second to none. The sales executive Merry went the extra mile to make sure the purchase went smoothly, clear communication (even on her day off) and regular updates on delivery as I live 200 miles away. The bike was delivered on time by a professional team. Paperwork clearly marked to sign.

DT Solent delivered my Scrambler, as various events made a dealership handover difficult. Despite having the after effects of COVID, Marcus dropped off the bike, and did the handover at my house. All paperwork was done well, and both he and the MD followed up to see I was happy. Really enjoyed the purchase experience. The quality of Triumph bikes is top notch. Recommended!

Friendly no pressure sales and advice. Randomly popped into the showroom on the Saturday, had a test ride and by the Monday afternoon,I was riding away on a brand new Triumph Speed Twin.

My experience with Destination Triumph is always great

I was happy at first, with the ordering. But there was no communication to say that 1 item would be delayed. When I emailed them to ask when I would receive the T shirt. I did not get a reply or email to update me about the Delivery of the T shirt. All in all I am disappointed with the lack of communication by Triumph
