I ordered nail pens from them, when they arrived they didnât work.
Tried to communicate with little results and so raised a dispute with PayPal. At this point they said they didnât want the product returned and offered a refund but only if I closed the PayPal dispute first. I refused to do this as the dispute would be automatically closed when I received a refund and I would not give up PayPal protection without a refund.
Three weeks later they then, through PayPal, asked for the product to be returned.
I then contacted PayPal who settled my dispute in my favour.
I wouldnât recommend buying anything from this organisation and if you do make sure you pay by PayPal so you have protection

Cant find the post so Iâll have to do it here. I bought a ladies razor in the Black Friday sales, when it came it wasnât quite what I thought it was. Their policy is they will refund if bought within the past 30 days. I contacted customer service and Iâve asked about a dozen times for a full refund and Iâll send the product back. Their customer service is shocking and they wonât refund me. I donât like doing things like this but Iâve been left with no choice. If your buying anything make sure size is correct or product is what you think it is if not you will end up with the same problem as me.
