I wish I had read the reviews on here here before ordering off this company....the item of clothing I ordered did not fit and is of very poor quality - obviously Chinese sizes are not the same as UK sizes, I ordered an XL which is the size I normally buy and it wont even do up! What makes it worse is that the size of the item on the label inside it is 2XL! The fact that they do not accept returns probably goes against UK consumer legislation....my advice is never buy anything from this cowboy outfit........I wish I could give them ZERO stars!

UPDATE - The company has now contacted me and resolved the problem by offering me an FOC replacement. First class customer service.....

I ordered the same items twice, from the UK branch,by mistake. I asked for one of them to be cancelled but unfortunately both orders had already been sent. The items were too small and my husband didn't like the feel of the material. I asked Detchome for a returns label for both orders.They said that I would have to cover the return cost myself and it would be expensive to send back to China as that's where their returns depot is. I was offered a larger size free of charge, which didn't help as the items were not suitable anyway. They have now offered a £50 refund. This is all very well but I have paid out £106. Had I known that I couldn't return items to the UK branch I would not have ordered from this company at all. I am now out of pocket and have two sets of items that I have no use for.Not happy at all, and will never purchase from Detchome again.

I bought 3 beautiful bracelets from here. They are perfect. I bought them for my daughter and two daughters in law. I needed to make sure on the materials used in making them as the girls have allergies against some of them. I've messaged them 7 times now to ask about the materials used but they have not even messaged me back. I don't know how else to get intouch with them. So I'm only giving one star because of the customer service. I can't send the gifts until I know .plus they were just sent out in little plastic bags. I think a little box or pouch would have been nicer. Gotta buy some now. I have already tried to reach detchome on that email address. I'm actually on messenger with them about it. We'll I got in touch like I was asked and sent the information they asked for... Then nothing. Seems they only get in touch when I put something on truspilot.. Very odd. Not a place I would shop any more or recommend to anyone !

Ordered trs for work ordered the longer leg length 32' arrived 10 days later and they are a 29' keg far too short and now they refuse to give a returns address saying its too expensive to return to China so I should jeep them and accept a £5 store credit!! I have repeatedly asked for a full refund and now they not answering my emails at all...another Chinese company that think it's OK and acceptable to try rip its UK customers off ..After posting this review I was offered a full refund and a £10 store credit of i altered my review, I said I didn't want the store credit but a full refund is what I asked for in the 1st place....so I was toldnto expect a full refund as it had been issued...so now 14 days later and I have received no refund and blatantly been lied to!!! Still no refund and no reply from customer services they just totally ignoring me now vile scammers

Dress looked nothing like the photo and they said I couldn’t return as it would cost me to much!

Ordered t shirts a week ago and still not arrived yet!
In the days of next day delivery these guys are going to struggle.
