Very disappointing experience and a


Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of customer care.

I placed and paid for Order #1112 on July 6. The website states that delivery takes up to 5 days, but 12 days later I have still not received the package.

The seller did not contact me regarding any delay. I had to send emails and Facebook messages repeatedly before receiving a response. When I requested a clear update, the seller replied: “It’s not my problem” and referred me to the refund policy instead of taking responsibility for resolving the shipment issue.

The FedEx tracking number provided, 873980863392, was previously visible, but it now shows: “We can’t find that tracking number. Please check with the shipper to make sure it’s the correct one.”

I still have no package, no confirmed delivery date, no valid tracking information and no refund. The communication has been dismissive and disrespectful. I cannot recommend this shop.
