Week 14 of a 4 week production. still haven't received second oven. We had communication this week!! They lied on my last review about shipping two ovens in one order. I provided this company trust with screenshots proof that they did not send two ovens at once. Trust refuses to take down their response. My order also says complete with only one tracking number provided. Beware and be prepared DONT DO IT

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. We ordered 2 ovens they shipped one that arrived in a destroyed crate and the oven was covered in dents and scratches, not to mention they didn't send the oven I ordered. Now they are refusing to send our second oven. They said if we removed our reviews, they'd ship it. We said if you ship it, we'll start fixing reviews. THEY HAVE OUR MONEY AND ARE REFUSING TO RESPOND OR DO THE RIGHT THING AND SHIP THE OVEN WE PAID FOR. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU WITH THEIR QUICK RESPONSES *BEFORE* YOU PAY THEM!!!!

Please do not buy from this company, I paid for two equipment 5 weeks ago and simply they don’t response more, after they said at the beginning two weeks for the pick up. This is frustrated how they play with the people in that way. I sawed the others bad reviews and they have the same behavior. This is a fraudulent company they need to be investigated in uk.

Wanting to warn everyone about this company. I ordered 2 potato ovens from TurcoBazaar on February 20th 2026 that day I was going to order them from there EBay store or website. The lady from TurcoBazaar started communications with me and per her to speed up shipping and everything them the money to their community federal savings bank in New York City, which I did that day she responded the day after that they received them and that they would try to expedite shipping. Well, now it’s been almost 7 months. Very little response back from them. They have had bad batches needed to test them waiting on quotes from FedEx for shipping and every other reason you could imagine of delay now after seven months I want to warn everyone across the world that this company is very unreliable. Lies time after time if you’re able to get any response at all from them, the owner two months ago said he was gonna deal with this personally himself and gave me all kinds of reasons why they haven’t shipped yet but now it’s been two months later still no ovens still no refund so I’m gonna have to do everything I can to warn others about their practices and taking care of customers. At this point, all I can do is warn everyone and then get a hold of lawyers and try to sue them to get my money back because obviously after seven months, they are not gonna ship me the ovens. I’ve heard other people having the same issue after I started having issues so please be cautious ordering anything from.TurcoBazaar. Com . Also, since I did not order through eBay and went through the company. eBay is not helping either.

Ich habe am 20. Februar 2026 bei TurcoBazaar eine TB60B-Schalenseparator-Maschine bestellt und den Betrag von 375,24 EUR überwiesen.
Am 2. und 17. März erkundigte ich mich per E-Mail nach dem Versand. TurcoBazaar teilte am 17. März mit, dass die Anfrage an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet worden sei. Die letzte mir vorliegende Statusinformation vom Kundenkonto stammt vom 23. März 2026. Eine Lieferung oder verlässliche Versandbestätigung erhielt ich danach nicht.
Am 14. Juli 2026 stornierte ich die Bestellung schriftlich und forderte die vollständige Rückerstattung von 375,24 EUR. Eine Rückzahlung ist nach meinem derzeitigen Kenntnisstand noch nicht erfolgt.
Da die Angelegenheit nicht zufriedenstellend geklärt wurde, habe ich den Sachverhalt inzwischen bei der Polizei angezeigt (Ereignisnummer #9269-5755-2966). Die Anzeige stellt keine Vorverurteilung dar; ich bitte lediglich um eine Prüfung des Vorgangs durch die zuständigen Behörden.
Meine Bewertung beruht ausschließlich auf meiner eigenen Erfahrung und dem dokumentierten E-Mail-Verkehr sowie Screenshots vom Kundenkonto bzw. Bestellstatus. Ich bitte TurcoBazaar, den Betrag vollständig zurückzuerstatten.

On February 20, 2026, I ordered a TB60B shell separator machine from TurcoBazaar and transferred the amount of 375.24 EUR.
On March 2 and 17, I inquired via email about the shipment. TurcoBazaar replied on March 17 that the inquiry had been forwarded to the relevant department. The most recent status update I have from my customer account is dated March 23, 2026.
I did not receive a delivery or a reliable shipping confirmation afterward. On July 14, 2026, I canceled the order in writing and requested a full refund of 375.24 EUR. To the best of my knowledge, the refund has not yet been issued.
Since the matter has not been resolved satisfactorily, I have since reported the incident to the police (case number #9269-5755-2966).
This report does not constitute a prejudgment; I am simply requesting that the relevant authorities investigate the matter.
My assessment is based solely on my own experience, the documented email correspondence, and screenshots of the customer account and order status. I ask TurcoBazaar to issue a full refund.

I recently purchased ovens and a range of commercial catering appliances from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

Put my order in- got ignored for a week, asked if the order had been received because the money was pending in my account. Got a message a week later saying it was my problem it was pending (awaiting claim by the merchant) and then they cancelled the order. Waste of time!

Avoid.
Purchased a gas fryer, tried to use it once and the burners do not stay alight and therefore is impossible to cook with.
The knob on the fryer lid came off in my hand.
The handle on the basket also came off when being picked up.
The fryer is generally so flimsy and poorly made. It has actually caused injuries on our hands, cuts and slices from sharp and rough edges.
Currently trying to talk to the company and gain a refund, so far this is impossible, the company are blaming us and sending what look like AI generated emails. We have been back and forth with them and will be taking it further.
There are plenty of other reputable companies who deliver good customer service out there to hand your money to.

It took a long time for my order to ship, and there was a lack of communication about what was going on during this time. However, I eventually received the correct product, and it arrived in good condition, so I am completely satisfied.

it is worst of worst. they sent me wrong product, different from how it was described. customer service are too rude. they are not willing to help you at all. even though, return policy indicates that refund can be claimed with photos in case of item not as described, they wanted to me to send product back at my cost. I ask them to open a ticket with your shipping company. They refused. I already paid delivery once and I said the company must cover that cost and they refused it. They don't even follow their own return policy.

The potato oven I ordered looks great!!! Very helpful when I chat online!!!! DHL on American side is not great!!!! But other than that I highly recommend this product!!!!!
