Shoddy. and dilapidated accommodation with severe mould issue
I reserved this companyâs studio apartment in Canary Wharf for a short stay through Booking.com. The accommodation was beyond shoddy. and dilapidated, despite being a new-build property. A defect in the shower caused water to spray upwards, and there was substantial black mould alongside tiles that had separated from the wall. The companyâs efforts to sort things out were non-existent, and their communication skills are awful. They seem utterly incompetent, even in providing basics such as towels. It is unclear why a construction company would offer property management or repair services to consumers and businesses if they are incapable of maintaining or repairing their own properties.
