The team arrived two hours late on the first day due to traffic. They worked late to make up for it, but a heads-up would have been appreciated.

Fresh Breeze Home Ltd provides outstanding service with a high level of professionalism and care. From start to finish, the team was reliable, friendly, and very attentive to detail. The quality of their work exceeded expectations, and everything was completed on time and to a very high standard. Communication was clear throughout the process, which made the whole experience stress-free. I would highly recommend Fresh Breeze Home Ltd to anyone looking for trustworthy and efficient home services.

Occasionally have to use fresh breeze for our portfolio in north west London. What I can say is as an estate agent working in the local area for over 60 years we have only ever used kenwood. However, we was pleasantly surprised with the service and have continued to work with the fresh breeze home team. Thank you Anna and Karen for organising all our works so promptly.

From the initial enquiry through to receiving the quote, the service was excellent and very professional. Everything was clearly explained, and I was given reassurance at every stage, which gave me real confidence in the work being proposed.

The team who carried out the damp proof course were friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was left clean and tidy once the job was completed. I’m very pleased with the overall service and would happily recommend them.

Don’t be fooled by a friendly consultation - this company is a disaster.

After an initial quote of £5,000, I agreed to pay £4,500 - only because of the endless issues and their supposed efforts to fix them. Even that was far too generous.

What followed was a nightmare of unqualified labour, careless work, and no accountability:

* Day 1: Two workers turned up late - one was a teenager. They vanished for materials, damaged reusable skirting boards, didn’t cover the floors properly, and left my home like a construction site

* That same night, I was left with a leaking radiator and had to pay £150 for an emergency plumber at 1AM.

* The company later sent new workers (who were far more competent), but the delay meant my home was unusable over a bank holiday weekend, and the job stretched to double the promised time.

* The new team left me with partial electrics - no sockets working apart from the ones in the kitchen. The admin team next day had bizarrely asked the plasterer to check and resolve the issue - completely unqualified, completely reckless.

* After chasing, multiple electricians were sent and issue was resolved.

Once the job was “complete” and full payment made, the issues kept coming:
* My WiFi router was broken due to careless handling.
* Worst of all: I later discovered black mould growing on new skirting boards.

These boards were provided by Fresh Breeze as a gesture of goodwill after damaging the originals. When I contacted them about the mould, they claimed the skirting was installed at my request - a ridiculous excuse. If this risk was known, a professional company would’ve advised against installation - instead, they rushed to finish the job and get paid. Now they’re telling me to leave the skirting boards off for 12 months. What a joke.

💥 Final word:

Fresh Breeze Home is not qualified, not trustworthy, and not safe.
They cut corners, send unskilled labour, and leave your property worse off.
They should not be operating in this space.
