A company and staff that nurture and protect peadophiles labeling an banning anyone who speaks out about it as a vigilante. Shame on all the cretins who work for and at the ROBLOX company.

Besides the horrendous lack of moral standing and integrity the actual game has a poor gaming experience, user interface is also really quite poor.

Two of the schools in our county are already creating the anti Roblox group, hoping to educate children an parents to avoid this predictor ring game.

Roblox has gotten worse for me because of recent changes.
1. Age verification / chat restrictions: The current system feels unreliable and easy to bypass, yet it restricts normal players and makes it harder to communicate with friends and others. It creates frustration without actually improving safety.
2. Aggressive avatar reset / bans: The avatar reset enforcement feels overly aggressive. I’ve seen people get punished for minor or unclear reasons, and it ruins the experience.
3. Moderation quality: Moderation feels inconsistent and confusing. Rules don’t seem to be applied fairly, and support responses don’t always help.

I want Roblox to improve safety, but the current approach is hurting normal users. Please fix age verification reliability, reduce false positives, and make moderation clearer and more consistent.

The new chat age filter is basically giving predators age categories to pick and choose from! AI isn't trustworthy, so they can easily fake a young face or buy accounts in younger age ranges and guarantee children everywhere with no adults to witness, at least none that aren't in the same exact boat. Terrible, and dangerous!!

- Poor moderation
- Moderation handled mainly by AI instead of humans
- False or unfair bans with little or no human review
- Silencing users and limiting free expression
- Excessive censorship
- Failure to properly protect children
- Weak enforcement of safety rules
- Lack of transparency about what personal data is collected and shared
(possible misuse of personal information, do not share sensitive data)
- Forced face scan / identity verification to be able to speak or access features
and also taking up to 70% of creators’ revenue

i dont know what yall's plan was with the chat update but respectfully it failed. you are isolating kids and endangering them even more. we have all seen how easy it is to fool the AI age exitimator, an adult can get an ccount verified in 9-12 very easily and bad things could happen, please delete this man

Roblox ai customer support is buns
I'm trying to retrieve my accounts from 2018-2019 back that are users cookieandcoyote and coral8789, and for some reason when I put their users on the support ticket they wanna talk about some "we don't have enough evidence that this is your account" like mf, IM SENDING THE TICKET. WHO ELSE WANTS THESE ACCOUNTS? And it doesn't even provide examples of evidence, and all evidence I use doesn't work unless it's receipts from your parents expired card from YEARS ago which btw I don't even have access too.

Unsafe, emotionally harmful, and completely inappropriate for children

As a parent, I consider this platform a serious failure in terms of child protection, emotional safety, and ethical responsibility.

My 7-year-old child spent a long time building something inside one of your games, only to have it taken away by other players due to “game mechanics.” What you call “rules,” a child experiences as unfair loss, humiliation, and emotional distress. Watching your child cry over something that required effort and creativity is unacceptable, and worse, entirely preventable.

This platform normalizes:
• The destruction or theft of children’s work
• Emotional frustration without age-appropriate safeguards
• Unregulated interactions with strangers
• Competitive mechanics designed for retention, not child development

And this is just the surface.

Roblox has long been criticized by parents, educators, and investigators for:
• Inadequate moderation
• Exposure of minors to inappropriate content
• Repeated concerns about grooming and predatory behavior
• A business model that prioritizes engagement over safety

No amount of “parental controls” compensates for a system that is fundamentally not designed with young children’s emotional or psychological well-being in mind. The burden is constantly shifted to parents, while the platform continues to profit from children’s time, attention, and vulnerability.

Calling this a “kids’ platform” is misleading at best and irresponsible at worst.

Children deserve digital environments that:
• Respect their effort
• Protect their innocence
• Do not expose them to emotional harm or unsafe interactions

Until Roblox takes real responsibility instead of hiding behind disclaimers and settings, I strongly advise parents to keep their children away.

This is not entertainment.
This is poorly regulated, emotionally harmful, and unsafe.

3 reasons why most people hate Roblox:
I grew up on this game, started playing in 2022. WE used to have a free platform where we can chat freely with our friends, but the new update Roblox added is complete garbage. Not to mention I am a minor 11-13 and got put in the group of 18-20 year olds. Thanks to Roblox, now Roblox predators know the person who is talking to them is a minor.

#1: Chat update: This update is ass, not to mention they put me in the wrong age group. Most people got their chat taken because of their age. I can't even chat with 3/4 of my friends. Now almost every friend I have on roblox is an adult. They took most people's chat like it's north korea or china. This update isn't making it better or safer. Millions of people are requesting Roblox to bring back the chats. Here's why Roblox is also terrible.

#2. Moderation: Roblox has poor moderation. How dare they ban Schlep? He's my favorite youtuber. He didn't deserve this. Roblox's AI moderation systems struggles to catch genuinely harmful content but sometimes bans innocent accounts for minor infractions, such as saying "beaches", "hi", "easy", and "fat". They are too strict on minor issues, but too lenient on major problems, such as hacking, phishing, raiding, exploiting, etc. Banning a bad actor is only a temporary fix, as they can quickly create new accounts and return to the platform, messing up our community. I also can't believe they banned Schlep. He caught Roblox predators and got them arrested. The main reason why their moderation is trash is because they banned Schlep.

#3. Customer Support. I paid $20.00 for 2,200 robux and only got 2,000 robux. I contacted Roblox Support, but they did not give me an email or tell me what I should do. How can parents justify continued investment in a platform that disregards concerns, fails to address security issues, and offers unhelpful customer service? All of the customer service reps were very unprofessional, very inconsiderate & very rude! Like what the actual f***.
But it's really easy when you're spending your money with them, no issues at all when it comes to that! I'm pissed. These stupid-ass AI services has got to go. We need actual roblox administrators helping us, not assisting us with some ai bull-crap.

#4: Investing in Roblox: Stocks are over-priced. They are scammers. Parents and guardians are expected to invest in a unprofessional, incompetent, inept, and corrupt environment. No one wants to spend $80+ on a platform that doesn't even care about children's safety. They are too focused on getting the financial gains rather than focusing on children's safety and well-being.
#4A: David Baszucki himself:
Mr. Baszucki has failed to protect the platform, even minors. David expects people to spend money on Roblox, when they think you offer professional support? Support? Don’t even bother. Unless you’re a Roblox supporter, premium user or cash cow (a.k.a. a walking wallet), you’re pretty much on your own. Community support is filled with frustrated users trying to work around limitations that shouldn’t exist in the first place. Therefore, I won't be spending another coin on robux or renewing my Roblox premium on Roblox ever again. If you want to feel like a cash grab and be ignored, go ahead, buy robux and spend money on Roblox. If you care about your children, your family, your friends, or your wallet- stay away. Let's face it. Roblox isn't a game. It's a brand. A product. Roblox doesn’t care about your community. It cares about converting your clicks into dollars. It’s a platform equivalent of a vending machine that yells at you for not inserting a coin. David Baszucki doesn't care about anyone, he just wants the money that fills his pockets at the end of the day. Final Rating: Hard pass, 0/10. 1 star only because zero isn't possible. feel bad for teens and children being groomed, and it's not fair that most of them are suffering from it. Roblox does everything BUT what the players asked for. Unban Schlep. He didn't do ANYTHING. Worst platform on the internet. 😤😠😡 I will take this to every branch on the internet and make sure that Roblox and David Baszucki comes to justice. I don't recommend to anyone. This s*** disgusts me. The things predators do is absolutely disgusting. Do not ask me for help if you are a roblox predator, roblox supporter, or roblox's walking wallet. Like what the absolute hell? One person even asked about my age and I didn't want to tell. Now only adults can talk to me. This is the worst update they have ever done and I don't recommend to anyone on the platform. ⚠️🚫🙅‍♂️✋Avoid at all costs🙅‍♀️❌⛔

Multiple roleplay games, such as Bloxburg, warrior cats, etc., are now dead/dying because of this new update. Teamwork games such as outcome memories, 99 nights, and dandys world are also dying. Please revert the update.

I can't chat with my irl friend 😭 Roblox was the last option to keep in touch with her it's just too much pls just listen make it so we can only talk to our Roblox conetions pls make the platform better and rightful for the players if we don't have chat it's no reason to play Roblox so it's going to lose A LOT of child players 42% of Roblox are CHILDREN so it'll only have 58 % of adults it's not going to be fun for the children that WILL leave because they can't talk to each other

I swear, because of this chat update roblox has become so boring, all of the games looks dead now… its not even worth playing anymore, i cant even talk with my long-distance cousins or my friends…

I literally grew up on this game. I remember i used to get home from school and play stuff like hide and seek extreme and waterpark with my friends. i have so many good memories. This morning, i logged on and they’ve removed the chat. How are people meant to play now. Roblox are saying to just put your face id in but i am absolutely not doing that. Ridiculous.
