Nothing broken, nothing fancy. Menu was a bit confusing but I figured it out.

Yeah so I called them about setup and the person actually knew what they were talking about. Walked me through it properly and it worked. Everything came wrapped up well. The box got dinged pretty bad but the gadget inside was fine, no damage at all. Does exactly what it should do. Prices are the same as everywhere else, nothing special there. Might come back if I need another one down the road. Service was decent enough.

Just the pricing is reasonable and shipping was quick enough. Got it in decent shape, no damage at all. Returned something once and it was painless. Does the job like it should. Nothing special but at least no extra charges appeared that I missed.

Ordered something from Device Gadget last week and honestly did not expect much, but their customer service actually picked up the phone when I called with a question. The person who answered was helpful and knew what they were talking about, which was refreshing. Shipping took about five days, which is fine. The product itself does what it's supposed to do. No complaints really. Just a normal transaction that went smoothly without any drama or headaches along the way.

Shipping took forever initially. Still great though.

Their handling of the damage was really instant and sorted things right out for me.
