I thought I was buying something on the website but it turned out to be for a membership. After realizing I tried to cancel my membership and I was waiting for a refund, so the agent called and promised to refund me within days.
I am still waiting for the refund that is the stars 4 instead of 5.

Hopefully I will be refunded as the matter is taken care of.

Trustworthy and quick reply and they refund if you needed to unsubscribe

A lot of items can be selected in the website, however, it is kind of doubtful to proceed in checking them out since there are criteria that need to be met before getting the item.

The initial trouble I had was that I clicked on the wrong link. I thought I was buying an electrical device but it turns out,it was a membership to your service. I am grateful to your team to have the kindness to take care of my issue in due course and thank you so much for the refund as I am am invisible disabled and cannot afford your service. First time using this service so far brilliant service

Had an email asking me to review my review on the understanding they would refund the amount they took from me without my knowledge. I did this and still waiting 3 days later for confirmation of refund. And guess what. Nothing. !!! Give this company a very wide berth. Very dodgy in my opinion

J'ai effectué plusieurs achats sur votre plateforme je recois apres 10 min une annulation de commande , et je souhaite obtenir un remboursement complet de la totalité des sommes dépensées, soit un montant de 94€.

Jusqu'à présent, j'ai reçu des remboursements partiels de 18€ à chaque fois. Cependant, je ne souhaite pas de remboursement partiel, mais bien un remboursement intégral de mon compte bancaire .

Je vous rappelle que le droit de rétractation de 14 jours s'applique à tous les achats effectués en ligne. Je suis donc en droit de demander un remboursement complet de mon compte bancaire , sans justification.

Si je ne reçois pas de réponse favorable de votre part dans les 10 jours ouvrables suivant la réception de ce message, je me verrai contraint d'entamer une action en justice.

Je vous prie d'agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l'expression de mes salutations distinguée.

Ho già scritto una recensione su questa azienda, mi è stato dato la possibilità di spendere i soldi acquistando elettrodomestici e articoli vari proposti nel loro portale e direi di essere rimasta soddisfatta.

L'azienda mi ha proposto il rimborso di quanto ho pagato. Aspetto e sarò più preciso.
