Hi,

You came on live chat on our website and there also we told you we haven't received any order by your email id.
We only sell leather jackets over $400.
Lately we've been flooded with queries regarding orders/scams from some devoted co which isn't us. Hence definitely you've ordered from some other store and are getting confused.
I request you to please transact wisely on trusted stores and also check properly before posting reviews

Our photos are original and created specifically for our site. Trademark infringement regulations are very strict, and we wouldn’t risk compromising the quality and reputation of our brand.
We have an in-house manufacturing facility with skilled craftsmen dedicated to designing and producing quality leather jackets. This also allows us to offer custom sizing and design adjustments, so each jacket fits our customers perfectly.

I want to personally thank you for your patience and understanding. I noticed you placed an order with us on October 28, and I completely understand how important it is to receive timely updates. We sent an order confirmation email right away, but sometimes these messages may end up in Promotions or Spam folders, which can be easy to miss.

Since our leather jackets are crafted with care and made to order, we have a 1–2 week delivery timeframe, which we make sure to note on each product page so our customers know what to expect. I’m sorry if this timing was unclear, and I appreciate your patience as we create each piece with the quality our customers deserve.
