Great service, lovely staff

Excellent service. Such a quick delivery and a great price.

First class service very knowledgeable staff

5 stars for customer service product and great savings on the points system-got my wee grand daughter a walker rocker priced at 89 pounds and with the sale and additional points system built up at De Walden’s final price 35 pounds great place to eat and has a fabulous baby pram centre run by the talented Grace great lassie to deal with. Anyone needing baby equipment go to De Walden’s see Grace and she does great deals on all makes- highly highly recommend.

After sending an email enquiry I immediately got a phone call from a lovely lady with all the information I had asked for, including a discount code. The Pram was ordered & delivered in less than 24hours. I could not be happier with the beautiful Silver Cross Pram bundle & the service I received, I would highly recommend this company & their customer service is excellent. Very happy customer, thank you so much 😊

Quick delivery. Great product.

Recently just bought my full pram travel system, nursery furniture and next to me crib from dewaldens. We were absolutely delighted with the service and advice we received! Everything was very straight forward and the points system is fantastic! I think it’s great that you price match everything to online as I would rather support a local business! I can’t wait to come back when I am needing more things 😊

Special thanks to Grace who we met a few times in our visits who was brilliant 😊

Quick delivery and quality products

Excellent service and fast delivery

I ordered online at lunchtime and the pram was available for pickup that afternoon - one of the girls also carried it to my car, fab service!

The service we received was absolutely brilliant. Grace took time explaining and showing us everything we needed to know. We explained our situation and she pointed us in the right direction. Everything was perfect from the just looking phase to the picking up of our pram. Cannot recommend this shop, and in particular Grace enough. Would highly recommend Dewaldrens Pram Centre. Grace is a credit to them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Experience instore was really good, Grace knows her stuff. Purchased a pram & a next to me from her based on the experiences and how helpful she has been. Thanks so much Grace!

Delivery was made the very next day, the pram is perfect and the website was so easy to use. It was also a better price than elsewhere!
