Dewaldens Garden Centre & Coffee Shop - Ayrshire レビュー

Excellent customer service.

The item I ordered was delivered quickly. The item was faulty and customer service dealt with the issue very promptly. There was no long waiting in the queue on the phone and I was offered a refund or replacement. Based on the service I was given I would deal with this company again at future dates.

Myself and friend go to the garden centre every week sometimes at the weekend with my husband
I like the fact you can park your car the staff are always welcoming and nice.

Good service and good food.

Very relieved that DPD were able to defer delivery until Wednesday.
The Cornis oil was affordably priced by Dewaldens.
Somewhere between the garden centre and the carrier, the postcode is incorrect. It's not Dartmouth TQ6 9DJ - It ends 9QX,

Always helpful courteus and a pleasure to be there . Staff are great and put you at ease

Very swift delivery, and excellent packaging. A massive thank you, as I’d been looking for this bird feeder everywhere.

We always have a great experience at de Waldens! Their chicken baked potato are excellent and there’s lots of beautiful things in their shop not to mention their garden centre

I would highly recommend. The order arrived early and it was a gardening tool that I had been unable to source elsewhere. Very user friendly website and ordering. Thank you

Dewaldens is in my opinion the best eating place in Kilmarnock. The food is always 10/10 and the cake selection is exceptional the staff and owners are always friendly and welcoming. What more could you ask for.
