I like the collar and it smells nice.
And so far it's working, no fleas or ticks

This tick collar didn't work, she has had at least 5 bloated ticks on her in the past month, so it worked for the month of may.

Dewel works & it's all natural without strong chemicals being put into my dogs & cats bodies. It also save us a boatload of cash through flea/tick season.

I put the collar on my lab about a week ago and have pulled a tick or two a day off her so far. Hope it gets better.

I'm really glad I scrolled upon this company! I was leary the first order but I received my order quickly! I have now ordered multiple times and each time they are efficient and quickly send your items! The product seems to work well on my Golden retriever with sensitive skin! She has zero reaction to this flee collar and I haven't noticed any bugs!

This is a re-order. I have always been happy this product.

I ordered a flea collar for a small cat and received one for a large dog. I do not have a dog of any size.

I first received one of these collars by accident. I put it on my dog and I was delighted by the results. No more scratched my and only 1 or 2 ticks the whole season. He was more comfortable immediately. This is important to me, also, because of Alpha Gal allergies. I love this product and plan to continue ordering. Thanks for a great job!

I bought 2 collars for my 2 cats, and whilst waiting for their arrival I decided to dig deeper in to the safety of the ingredients (because I started hearing that essential oils were bad for cats). I read many different reviews from Amazon.com and Trustpilot about cats having bad reactions. Since my cats are indoor/outdoor cats I did not want to risk putting these collars on. So I emailed the company and explained my situation. Without any further conversations Dewelpro refunded all my money back. I am so pleased with the way they handled my situation. With whatever research I found on these collars, in my opinion, they seem to be safer for dogs than that for cats at any age

have not recieved my order and it's been a month!! meanwhile, my pets are dying

Soon as I put it on my cat he started running around crying I mean he didn't like it at all I thought that was it working and had the flees going crazy
So I didn't worry much so after a few days I noticed he had been scratching it around his neck to the point his fur was gone in that area and it was raw wet skin I had to take him to the vet cost me $100 for the ointment

Normally I would give you Five stars the last 2 years they were great but the collars are not working this year :(. They also didn't smell as strong.

Update. I didn't ask for a refund but Dewlpro refunded my order I assume because they read this review. It's rare for a company to take pride in their product and care about their customers. Great customer service.

Reasonable pricing. Good delivery. Contacted to see if the can make a slightly larger size for large dogs. I have two big labradors and could use a Xl for them. Large fits but slips out (big boys have large necks). Otherwise happy with my order and will render when its time.

Collar is adjustable and can be removed when in the house.

Put collar on cat and within 10 hours her neck swelled up. Contacted customer service. They challenged me and didn’t believe me. No care for the animal expresses. Finally after sending before and after shots(she hassled me also about pic qualities…it is hard to get a good pic of a stressed cat with swollen neck) she offered to refund me one collar. I had purchased 3 collars to stock up given their website mentioned no expiry if stored properly.
