I’m extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Diabetics Trust. They communicated from start to finish with emails, phone calls and text messages. This was my first time working with them and it could not have gone better. I thank them for providing this service so promptly and professionally. I found this company after my mother passed and had a bunch of supplies unopened leftover, I didn’t want to throw it away and waste it. I filled out there super easy quote online and followed the instructions to ship it out. With in 36 hours of them receiving it I had an email showing their inspections and what was approved and disapproved as well as pictures of the reasons why. Payment to PayPal was prompt and no hassle. I even received a phone call to make sure I was satisfied and see if I had any questions. Top notch customer service and easy to use site. Highly recommend

Was easy to navigate through the website. Received a prepaid shipping label quickly to my email. Received payment the same day they received the order, even though they said it would take 1 to 2 business days. I chose PayPal. It was in within hours.
