Excellent service. They walked me through the paperwork form from the beginning. The sensors were shipped on 12/11 and delivered on 12/15. Was notified on 12/16 all were accepted and a check sent out the same day. I highly recommend this company.

The most important reason for my choice, and what sets them apart, is their refund option, which addressed many of my concerns. Even though I have to cover the return postage, it is reasonable. So easy to use. Got great price for some leftover sensors. Filled out a few questions accepted the quote printed out the label sent the sensors in and a few days later got the check. They even checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied.

This was a very easy experience. I was a little leery, but I had read the good reviews, and it seemed a very straightforward and simple process, and it was. I followed their instructions carefully, packed it exactly as I was told and about three days later, I received a text they had received it, inspected it and my PayPal payment would be deposited within a day or two. Two days later I had the Paypal payment. A very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.

Honesty is something I value especially in people that I have any kind of interaction with. I have worked with half a dozen of the company’s that buy diabetic supplies and this company, Diabetic Trust is one of those that are at the Top of The Game. They done what they promised and more. I got paid quickly and what was promised for my products. One of my boxes had some damage but because I was a first time customer they didn’t take a dime from my order. You heard me correctly Diabetic Trust took NOTHING not even a penny from my total and paid me the same day. Be careful with other buy back company’s they will take more than they should for tiny damages as they have taken back hundreds from me in the past.
