Company said to place another order with them and they would make things right from the last debacle. Still nothing after 4 days. Here we go again.

The top and most suited source for watch and jewelry supply that we tested and great for competitive pricing. Our fifth order was delivered without issue for which with all planning about a month had passed. I was able to follow along with the product and shipment updates along the way. So overall from my business point of view just what I needed so thanks to the whole dialdist team.

From what I experienced service is reliable, fast, tested authentic quality and I'm impressed how seamless I received the bracelets and rings. The business will definitely grow.

The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because they actually refunded me back my funds. It took them 3 weeks to tell me the watches I ordered were not in stock. All the watches I order said 10 to 15 day delivery.
A week after I placed my order I emailed them to get an update, the response was I should get the tracking information in a few days. A few days passed, emailed again, same response, another few days passed. After 3 weeks of asking about my order I was told that most of the watches I ordered were not in stock and or not manufactured anymore. I do not understand how it takes 3 weeks to notify the customer that the product is no longer available. I feel they should update their website more often and update their customers sooner.
Anyways, good luck to anyone that decides to order from them, I know I won't anymore.

Take note that I was honestly a bit dubious about dialdist because I didn’t really know much about them, and I was in the middle of trying to find a new reliable partner for my business and there were one or even two similar that we tried. We deal with a decent volume of watches and accessories, so choosing the wrong source can turn too bad too fast. I wasn’t sure if they could deliver what they claimed, especially on specific models like the SSK line that we needed.

Like to say that not going in to much detail and after talking with them for a bit, they gave us a competative offer on a few SSK models we were looking for, plus some sterling silver bracelets we needed to restock. I actually checked prices with other suppliers before making any decision, and Dialdist came out better. So not only on the pricing but on the delivery terms too. That’s what pushed me to give them a chance even though I was still a bit unsure.

When the order went through, everything was handled smoother than I expected. Would say that communication was fast and clear, you have to be patient with month delivery time but we prepared and I didn’t have to chase them for updates like I’ve had to do with other suppliers. The SSK models arrived in good condition, exactly as described, and the bracelets were also genuine and packaged properly. No surprises, no missing items, no weird delays that for not direct dealer stock which honestly is rare these days.

I know we worked with them for only few months and had to exchange few pieces but what I appreciated the most is that they didn’t try to oversell or push random stock on us. dialdist actually listened to what we needed for our business and didn’t waste time. After the first order arrived without issues, it gave me confidence that they’re serious about long-term cooperation, not just a quick transaction.

So overall, all this turned from skeptical to genuinely positive. They delivered on their promises, and I’m already planning our next order with them. They might not be for you but If someone is searching for a supplier that’s reliable with fair pricing, especially for SSK models and watch accessories, would surely recommend a try.

Just to say I’ve been in the watch business for a while, and dialdist has honestly been one of the better finds I’ve come across. I was dubious at first because the prices seemed almost too good for the watches themselves, but I went ahead and ordered several. The authentic sk models showed up exactly as expected, solid builds, clean movements, and my customers have been really happy with them. Tested as well.

What was resolved already was one of the boxes arrived a little beat up, though the watches inside were completely fine. But this was later changed and I even received more packages. Shipping took patience, but the quality and pricing make it worth it. I’m already planning to place another order next month. Dont know about some of the feedbacks but If you’re on the fence, my experience has been positive.

We run a average size shop, so for me is very important to find a reliable b2b partner, and honestly this one surprise me in a good way. At the beginning I was a bit confused about the models and moq, because they have many different watch styles and jewelry sets, but their sales rep was very patient with me.

The quality of the watches and jewelry is really better than I expected for wholesale price. The watches feel solid, not cheap and light like some other suppliers I try before. The bracelets and necklaces have nice finishing and the stones don’t look fake or plastic. My customers in the shop already comment that the new collection looks more better, and some pieces sold out in the first week, so that is a big plus for my business. Packaging is also good for resell each watch come with its own box and protection, and the jewelry items are in small individual bags, so I don’t need to spend extra time repacking everything again.

We had increased revenue and quality is stable, and prices make sense so I still can keep a good margin in my shop. I already place our fourth order and plan to test more of their new models. I honestly recomend them to other business owners who need a serious supplier and not just some random factory that disappear after first order. But this is great.

Working mainly with bulk shipments, not so much smaller ones. So I can tell only about delivery and if watches was real.

First, delivery was mostly smooth. We did 3 orders. First one arrive fast, around 14 days, second took little longer because few models were from another country, and third had small delay because courier ask extra document. Support send the file same day so it was ok in the end. Packing was ok too, not super premium but safe and no broken boxes.

About authenticity, this was our biggest worry before. All models came with correct reference and serial number like in listing. Two of them had full set (box plus papers), the last one only warranty card but that was already wrote in description so we can’t complain. We checked the pieces and they are original, not fake, finishing and movement looks correct. Invoice also look professional with company data, so we can show our client if they want proof.

What is good: they tell who is the supplier, tracking number is sent fast, and photos on platform match the watch we got. So no (similar watch) surprise.

What is not so good is that sometimes order status inside platform is late, it say “processing” but parcel already moving. And one parcel was not packed very discreet, I prefer more neutral box for safety when shipping watches.

Overall we will continue use it because delivery and quality is trustable for B2B, just need small improvements. Regardless compared and they were better than others.

Just to mention to others and as think you for a quick review to share how happy I am with them. We had a wonderful experience buying seiko and movado watches from them, and orders went smoothly. I ordered three Seiko watches, and when I checked them all, they were in perfect condition, just like I hoped. I made a sample order of 3 pieces. 2 Seiko's and one Maurice Lacroix. An order for about 800 euro's, so not cheap. After placing the order they wanted to change the ML because it was no longer in stock. After a few very confusing emails, they replaced the watch with another in the same price range. After they finally confirmed the shipment was underway and supplied me with a tracking code, the package did not arrive with the courier service for 11 days. Obviously, these watches came from far away, and not a German depot as they claim. After 2 months the order finally arrived. Immediately I saw the ML was the one I originally ordered, not the replacement. Strange but not a big deal.
I inspected the paperwork included. I order a quartz chronograph and the manual was for an automatic moonphase and the warrantycard was completely out of focus, with the brand logo printed out of line.
So, not a good start. When opening the watch, the movement had a silver color, while it should have a goldcolored backplate. When contacting Dialdist about my concerns, they told me the differences where up to production runs and deviations in quality are normal. Also, a moonphase manual with a chrono is completely normal. A Swiss watch brand not caring about accuracy?
Lets move on to the Seiko's. I also ordered a Prospex PADI diver. This watch should come in a bigger black box. But was in a white square box. The tags on the watch were for a Seiko 5. There was no manual and the warranty booklet was the wrong color. Inside, the print was on the bottom of the page instead of centered, leaving a white margin at the top. Then I inspected the watch. I have a genuine one in my personal collection, so I could do a side by side comparisson. Here we go: The bezel rattles like an old bike chain and has a lot of slop, the screwdown crowns thread is not smooth at all, the date is off-center to the window, and the dialcolor is off. This would seem like more than enough evidence for concluding this is a fake watch. Sent Dialdist the pictures of the differences. Nope, these are all just normal deviations between production runs. Guess precission is not of importance with watchmakers?
The last one was a Seiko 5 SSK021. Same issues with the paperwork and also the box is wrong for the watch. Should be a blue rectangular box, but came in a white square one. I do not have one to do a side by side comparisson, so I can not make a definitive statement on the differences. The bezel feels to rough and the bracelet feels to sloppy. That and the bad paperwork should be enough to conclude this is a fake watch.
All through this process Dialdist kept claiming to have sent genuine watches and would not hear of a refund. They said they wanted to resolve the issue, but never offered a solution. Just pointing out that I have no right to return the watches or demand a refund as is stated in the terms and conditions. Do these apply when selling fake watches though? After I said I would go to the police to report them and place a bad review, hoping to get some of my money back at least, they tried to threaten me with with a lawsuit. I made it clear I was not impressed. At this stage, they are offering to send a courier to pick up the watches for inspection by the factory. There a couple of issues with that approach. Obviously they do not want to send me a lable because that would expose where these pieces are really going and I do not want to send them my evidence.
Now, to be clear, as soon as I was sure these were fake watches, I informed the police. So sending them back was never my intention or an option. I had some doubt about posting this review as I do not, in any way want to be associated with fake watches and a good reputation is paramount in this business.

We placed our order at the beginning of the month received tracking update about 7 days later looked forward for the update. Dialdist mentioned that the order would be delivered around 15 work days, which was within our schedule. Talked with the customer service representative and they told me that for precise order delivery we have to contact FedEx directly which we did, the shipment was fast and precise.

Received several watches from 5 brands and checked the quality. I have no complaints. Before them, I tried several suppliers but nothing worked for us as well as DialDist. At this point we will continue working with them.

Good price, and 100%great service for either watch warranty or parts when we needed.
