I love dialect perfumes. They are spot on the smells of each dupe. People compliment me all the time. Recieved the parcel in good condition. Easy from ordering to delivery.

It smells insane!😍
Get ‘Jasmine Waterfall’ - It smells insane! I absolutely love it, over the years I’ve always used the original J’adore Dior but because it’s so expensive I wouldn’t use it all the time, but now with this dupe I spray it all over and I get so many compliments, I absolutely love it! It’s the ‘Jasmine Waterfall’
Also delivery was very quick only 3 days with standard shipping! I ordered Monday night around 11pm and it arrived on Thursday!

I have went back to dialect adore these fragrances
I have went back to dialect 3 times so far beautiful fragrances I change them up but my favourite so far is amber infusion, they are very long lasting & have been complimented many times!

I like some of the travel perfumes…
I like some of the travel perfumes purchased, the closest one is the one inspired by Santal33from Le Labo( I like the bottle of the 50 ml size but NOT the cap)but what I really dislike is the package of the travel size, plastic bottles makes it look very cheap and the diffuser is not good at all, improvement would be great and more range of perfumes, please.

Resolution to problems with a phone call! Perfume is perfect!
At last a call from Dialect instead of circular emails about my account, order and payments. And everything was resolved!! The perfume is perfect - it was the confusing emails which created concern. Hopefully a Dialect phone number will be available to everyone in future!

Hasn’t arrived and they are ignoring me…. Will most definitely not be ordering again! Very quick to take your money but when things go wrong they won’t help you or even acknowledge you!!

Not impressed
Not impressed. Purchased a fragrance and cannot smell the perfume just the alcohol. I will not buy again. Better off buying the real thing!

Not acceptable customer service
I received my item and i don’t like and want to return. I have emailed the company 4 times to arrange a return and no one has got back to me. I find this kind of customer service not acceptable
