I built the brand of this company, whatever unsatisfied customers are more than welcome to come to our store in Westfield London, I will try to help everyone that had a bad experience. I apologise to all this customers that rated the company 1* and wrote us a bad review .My apologies to all those customers that had a bad experience to Ageless London. Mr. Razvan B Banu.

My mother and I visited Ageless London at Westfield on 8 June 2026. What started as a simple purchase turned into a one-hour high-pressure sales experience.
A member of staff introduced himself as both the owner and a dermatologist, stating he was only available that day. Throughout the interaction, multiple products were applied to our faces without pause, additional items were continually introduced, and we were given no real opportunity to speak privately or for me to translate for my mother, who does not speak English. The same pressure continued during the payment process.
When we specifically asked about the return policy in case of an allergic reaction, as both my mother and I have sensitive skin, we received no direct answer. Instead, we were simply told that the products were "all natural", which did not address our question.
When her card payment was declined, we were directed to make a bank transfer, first to a personal account, then to a company account for Beauty Shades Ltd. We paid quite a lot and only after leaving the store did we feel able to reflect on what had happened. We did not feel that we had been given a genuine opportunity to make a fully informed decision.
We requested a refund the same evening, which was refused on the basis of "Final Sale", a term absent from the refund policy published on their website. Our receipt bears a pink "Final Sale" stamp that appears to have been applied after the receipt was printed.
A formal Letter Before Claim was sent on 12 June 2026 by email and recorded delivery. No response was received by the deadline.
We are in the process of notifying Trading Standards and Citizens Advice, and are considering further legal action.
Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage other consumers to exercise caution, ask about the returns policy before making any payment, and ensure they have the time and space to make a fully informed decision.

I got the vita C Booster Peeling Gel from a kiosk at a popular shopping centre a few months ago but used it for the first time today. Please do not be fooled. It’s a complete waste of money. I used it and there was zero impact. I washed my face after with a shower gel and got more dead skin from the facial wash. It’s high priced fakery

The sales person at Westfield are con artist. As soon as I declined to buy they lady started saying, i dont know what kind of cheap products you are using. From 150 she came down to 45. Luckily i did not fall for this scam as i use much better products than this that are made in India.

Recent purchased Miracle Eye Perfection cream as my fine lines were pointed out whilst at Westfields.
I had the cream applied and it felt lovely and tight and I proceeded to purchase a tube.
When I finally got to a mirror a while later the cream had infact dried out and looked cakey under my eyes. This was why it felt tight!
I tried again at home the following week to see and got the same result.
Would I buy again - absolutely not. I’ll stick to Dermalogica which is more effective and less expensive.

SCAM. I got conned. Phenomenal sales peoples who knew every trick in the book to get me to part with a ridiculous amount of money for a tiny amount of cream that is probably no better than what I can buy at Boots. The light machine includes blue light which is BAD for your skin and therefore potentially HARMFUL. The salesman made me write the instructions on the boxes of the products he cleverly persuade me I needed, so I would not be able to return them due to damaged packaging. A bunch of con-artists. Well done, you fooled me.

The staff are truly attentive and prioritise customer service. I would particularly like to highlight Emily and Rafael. They are incredibly confident in their products and will let you test them prior to purchase to validate whether they will work for you. I’d encourage anyone to swing by the shop in Westfield.

I too fell for it tried to walk away said give good deal- told to use once a month after using for 4 months the cream wouldn't come out-I went back and was told can't refund need manager come back in an hour when I returned he said manager had to leave he called her she told me I had to use once a week so it got blocked he finally gave me another one I used every week and after around 5 months the same thing has happened again 😔 pushed to open and end has come off and cream won't come out don't waste your money baf customer service

I was in London Westfield shopping when a desperate sells man rudely approached me and my friend saying how bad our skin was he kept pointing out flaws THEN grabbing my hand and pulling me towards his booth and putting a product on my hand which made “dead skin” all come up me and my friend stated we wasn’t interested and he said it’s only £300 and he’s the owner but would do it for £150 we said no and he kept following us saying cheaper he was giving as a sob story making us feel really guilty and forced us with a card reader to pay since he already gave us the product!! We then went back demanding a refund saying we didn’t want the product after security told us to. He said he couldn’t refund us because he needed a manager there but he said he was the owner of the company?? Absolutely scam avoid at all costs

In no way was I forced but sure felt like it. My friend and I were pulled in by a guy in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush he pointed out flaws in our skin(both have fine clear skin) while he tested products on us and shoved bags and packages and a card reader at us. Both young girls!!! Had us feeling extremely insecure and anxious.

I was caught by this company in Westfield Shepherd’s bush. I was an idiot and was conned into getting the Lumi-Cell Wrinkle Refining Solution for a great deal of money. These people know how hard sell and do it very well. I was told I only needed to use it once a month (Once a month for under eye wrinkles????) When I got home I did some research on this - and it was not once a month at all. I used the product till it ran out but I could not honestly see any difference. And for the price (over £100) there are other products on the market that are better. I would never ever go back to these people again and would certainly not be caught out by them again. Karin - you should be ashamed of yourself.

I went to Westfield Shepherds Bush. Jo and Katherine were really kind and professional and both spent time explaining the products and showed me how to apply. The eye serum and collagen creme really works and already seeing results. I also purchased the light system and my face looks fresher and reduction in pigmentation and wrinkles. Thankyou Jo for recommending the light system and collagen creme. I highly recommend and hope you have the same results. Thankyou so much Jo and Katherine for your professionalism and precise recommended products for my skin. X

I am served by Razvan today, I bought vita C booster peeling Gel for my wife. Honestly I was stoped by passing, and not wanted to buy at all, but his professional attitude, persistent and add on value instantly made me to buy. Welldone man.
