The souls are too thin and provide very little support. They also don’t seem to be made correctly. Would like to send mine back and get a refund.

The delay between ordering and receipt of goods was long. I had almost forgotten what I had ordered. The colors were not clear when I ordered and as I consequence, it turns out what I ordered was not dark enough. The product looks ok but now I have a light-colored patch on my dark seat. Not good. The final negative was the delivery. The person making the delivery didn't care enough to put the package inside our screen door like Amazon and other delivery services do and so the parcel was rained on. It rains often in Florida. Thankfully, the parcel was sealed well-enough that no damage was done. Best regards, Ken

Product good, however, I ordered wrong color. To red vs brown tones. It took to long to receive item but I was continually notified of shipping.

Still waiting to receive my $10 credit because the system overcharged me. I reported it immediately and was advised l would receive it, but did not. It takes too long to receive your purchase. Although the color did not match, l can honestly say it is decent quality. Wish the pieces were larger.

The glue let go after one week, this product is useless

It took a very long to get my patches and unfortunately they are not the right color. I wish that they were because it's a great idea.

Regular updates on the status of my purchase were informative and not excessive.

I received the product within two weeks. The color was perfect. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m looking forward to it. I’m going to repair an old leather chair that got scratched up by a cat and otherwise worn out. wish me luck!
