Excellent customer service and great choice of products

I purchased a beautiful dinner set from this company. The set was sent very quickly. Items in one box arrived broken but it must have been due to how the delivery company handled the boxes because the items were packed exceptionally well with cardboard dividers between each piece of cutlery and lots of thick bubble wrap around items in the box. When I notified the company of the problem their customer service response was immediate. I had a replacement pack of plates arranged for next day delivery. It arrived next morning and was all in tact. I am very happy with the set as its stunning. I am impressed with how the customer service handled my case and resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company. Choice of products is great too.

Ordered and paid for my items, they were shipped the same day and received at my business the following day. First class amazing service.. similar businesses could learn a thing or two.
Definitely my go to company from now.. 5*
