Beautiful ring! I am in love my engagement ring, amazing prices for such gorgeous jewellery. Fantastic communication, when I contacted the store for an update they replied swiftly and was so polite. I am so pleased with our purchase and very glad we decided on this store.

I was able to fully customise it to her taste, picking the shape and size of the diamond as well as the quality of the ring band.

It arrived on time, great quality and exactly as ordered. Would highly recommend.

Right from the start, Uttam and Riddhi have been the most welcoming, helpful and friendly jewellers I could have ever asked for. Buying an engagement ring is obviously a BIG deal, but they made the process so simple, personalised and exciting. I was nervous at first, but they were able to make me a beautiful, custom design that was exactly what I imagined. They worked with me to craft my dream ring, and my mouth literally dropped when I finally saw it in person. The process is quick and efficient too - Uttam answered so many of my questions with such a positive attitude, and you can really tell they genuinely care about their customers. I even spoke to Uttam over the phone, and he was incredibly reassuring about the whole process - he was able to go back and forth with me, making sure I was 100% happy with the final product. Lastly, their lab-grown diamonds are affordable, ethical, and conflict-free - I'm also honestly so happy to support a Desi, woman-led small business. Their diamonds are of excellent quality too, so there's really no downside here. I'd recommend this shop to anyone, and I'll certainly be back with more custom orders! Thank you DiamondsbyUK!
