Amazingly quick delivery, website really easy to use and straight forward. Felt very safe using the payment methods. The necklace was so beautiful, really wonderful craftsmanship, the quality and size of the pearl and diamonds we just right for me and the chain was perfect. My Tennis bracelet was delivered promptly in a lovely gift box & with useful care instructions. I love it but I’m concerned it’s quite tight & I struggle to fasten it. I have thin wrists so that’s not the issue. Was there a length option that I missed?

This is a beautiful garnet pendant. The stone is just the right size for a solitaire and the setting is substantial as well. It would make a classic gift.

All emails were responded to very quickly, the communication was great keeping me updated of the progress of the repair, the fee was very reasonable, and the repair itself was quick and good quality.
