I visited the store today to ask whether they’d be able to remove a few links from my Rolex watch. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the watchmaker spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with the fit, sharing details about the watch I didn’t know about and showing me how to wind it properly (it’s a new watch). They had a beautiful collection of watches in store, we’ll certainly be back when we want to buy a new piece! I highly recommend this shop.

I had a fantastic experience with Danny and DWL. I had a difficult time finding a new Sea Dweller and he was incredibly helpful and fast. He was very clear about timing and availability and exceeded my expectations in every way. He and his colleagues were very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. I would not go to anyone else in London to buy a watch! The whole experience was outstanding.

Can't recommend Danny and his team enough. Bought an AP RO from Danny and it is one of my best purchases ever for my collection. There were a couple of options and Danny didn't push or hard sell for either. He offered genuine advice.

Excellent service from Danny and team. I contacted Danny regarding a watch I was looking to purchase, Danny had sourced the watch and I had collected from store within 48 hours at a considerably lower price than I could find anywhere else in the country! Extremely professional yet personal and friendly service! Can’t rate Danny and the team high enough. It was also great to see some very rare items in the store and get to take a look at them in the flesh!

I have known of DWL for a while and always admired the shop window each time I walk through the arcade.

Danny has by far, the best stock in London, if not the UK. So much so that I purchased three Rolex's at once! Given the current state of the UK watch market and the sheer inability to buy anything direct from Rolex, DWL is the only place worth visiting. I was made to feel a million dollars with a personal service, great coffee and even better chats!

I will be back!

Brilliant service. Danny was a pleasure to deal with. Had my eye out for a Milgauss for a while, and when he sent me the message saying he had one in, I popped into the shop the same day and purchased on sight.

Very upfront, easy to do business with, and gave me a great price - all in all an ideal transaction.

I'm sure we'll be doing business again soon, his stock and prices seem to better than anyone else in London, no matter your budget.
