Excellent service, this really is the benchmark. I spoke with Danny who was an absolute pleasure to deal with and ensured it was a smooth process, updating me when it was dispatched and calling on the day of delivery to ensure it had arrived and that I was happy. What a great place to buy a watch in london, spending money on a high value watch can feel daunting, however danny and he’s colleagues made me feel welcome and safe and sized up the watch for me in house as well as showed me some other pieces I was interested in!
