Work not carried out and outstanding balance of £2,500 owed to my wife and I by DIAMOND WINDOW SALES LTD (Company No. 15715136). An application has today been made to strike the company off the register.
We entered into a contract with the company on 18 December 2024 and paid a total of £5,000. Whilst partial refunds totalling £2,500 were received up to August 2025, the remaining £2,500 remains unpaid despite previous requests and a formal Final Demand issued on 5 November 2025.
I have now formally objected to the proposed strike-off with Companies House on the basis of this unpaid creditor claim and am in the process of issuing a County Court claim to recover the outstanding balance.

STAY AWAY.
Had my windows installed a year ago and I have condensation streaming on the inside. Tried contacting the company and the Director Faisal Hussain but no response. Contacted the finance company who advised I get an independent window company in to investigate and report on the installation.
Turns out they have used C rating glass instead of the A rated gas filled units paid for, windows not sealed properly on the outside, one window doesn’t have any fixings to it and is being held in by expanding foam and silicone, very cheap and basic product compared to what proper window companies would use apparently.
Currently in the process with trading standards and solicitor to raise a case and get my money back before they dissolve or cease trading.
Company also trades as Diamond Windows Sales Ltd and The Window Factory North Ltd.Both companies are registered at Diamond House, Henconner Lane, Bramley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, LS13 4AD.
Check Companies House for a Faisal Hussain before dealing with this or any company associated with him around the Leeds area.

Swerve this company. No follow up/ after sales customer service. Windows not sealed properly. Plaster damage to several walls. Ugly/rusty cill above door not covered with new trim. Email provided to submit pictures of above issues not correct/email bounced back.

Quick to sell you a product and request payment but less interested once they've received payment.

Gone missing after fitting windows, no certs supplied, despite numerous requests, now all numbers I have no longer work

Reading reviews these guys trade under many different names...My experience was with Diamond Window Sales.
These guys have had my deposit since December 2024 and I am now having to go through legal channels to try and recover it. Since leaving a deposit with them they have done nothing but mess me around, not sending finance agreement, not sending surveyors, empty promises, and even going as far as to try and tell me that they 'grossly underquoted' me and if I still wanted the finance deal (that they originally promised) the job would cost an additional £2000.
They eventually decided to send a surveyor (who removed trims etc from my windows) and told me that the job was booked for 27.10.2025...no surprise that no one showed up. Now the website has disappeared and the phone number goes nowhere.
I have no doubt that Faisal (the registered director) will set up somewhere else using a new company name using the money he has ripped off from people such as myself. To anybody reading this, steer clear of this man and his dodgy business practices. As far as I am aware he is involved in two businesses, Diamond Window Sales and The Window Factory North.
I am now looking at a lengthy process of going through legal channels, sending letter and seeking legal advice to recover my deposit.

Unsure if company has been liquidized as no answer to chase when they will install my windows I've paid a deposit on and another number is no longer recognized and the website seems to no longer exist.
Had some windows in April with them to and still no fensa certificate for them.
If anyone knows if the company has been liquidized please let me no as currently awaiting work to be done and no idea how to contact them at this point

I have faulty doors that are leaking water. Terrible company I am going to have to try through the small claims courts to get my money back. After reading reviews I think we need to contact rogue traders and expose these scammers. I have sent many emails all have not been answered. One arranged to come and no one turned up.
Disgusting service, no aftercare and no answer to any contact.

My parents had Bill attend their property at beginning of July to measure up for windows laid it on think of his great deal and I must admit it was a good deal so my parents agreed and paid for the work to be done. Fitting day came at the end of july and all was going well until they began to fit the skylight window above the bay at the back of the property. The window was too small length ways and too wide but the 'fitters' decided to go ahead and rip out what was there and fit the new window. In doing this they damaged the exiting frame and made the sandstone lintel unstable. They also damaged the exiting frame and where the window was too short added duct/gutter tape to seal it. This did not seal it. 100 phone calls and 3weeks later to Daniel who was extremely rude we had a call from Abade who apologised and came out to look at the damage. This was great and he advised they would fix what had been done once some other work was completed. Fast forward to beginning of October we called to speak to Aiden or Ali to book in. There was no answer. When we finally did get hold of someone after 20 calls they advised someone would be out Monday last week. Noone turned up. I have made over 50 calls to all the numbers we ha e for this lot and no answers. So we decided to go to the showroom. We went on Friday 17th to find the place locked but there was someone in so we asked them to open up which they did and then denied all knowledge of what was going on. Said they were a new company blah blah. The person we spoke to sounded exactly like the person on the phone! We have since left a review on the fb page and the page has been removed. We were told they were now windows ltd.....funny when you click on their website page it takes you to diamondwindowsltd. Avoid at all costs!! They have had about 10 other company names too Waterdale Riverdale etc. Now my parents windows are leaking and they will have to replace them. Absolute cowboys!! Just want your money then change the company name and deny everything when you confront them!!

These guys are proper scammers it all started in December 2024 gave them deposit of £5200 and rest was on finance and was told by February they will contact me for the fitting date in march 2025 contacted them was told someone will call you kept ringing and same reply someone will contact you in April I spoke to someone called Steven but he sounded like an Asian guy he was very rude and supposed to be the manager I would not have him as a gene tore they stopped answering phone good job I did an bank transfer when Aidan wanted to come and collect cash so I contacted my bank just got my refund back please people don’t even try these guys they are scammers I had no choice for 1 star I would give them minus 100 and the stress with it please do your research before going with this company

I had my front door and window fitted on the 10th September and today 04th October we are having a strong wind with rain and the water is coming into my brand new door. Once the problem is fitted I can think about changing the review. Horrible after sale support, the door is leaking and nobody comes to fix the door, the wind is coming through and no appointment is booked so far to fix the issues.

Contacted them to return my deposit in August still waiting but this all started in May
Tried phoning to be told different stories
Now they are not answering their phones and website seems to of gone down
Any advice would be much appreciated for me to get back what’s owed

This company also trade under Diamond windows and Doors in Leeds.
Please Beware as they take your deposit and don’t do the work. They send out a sales woman who is keen to take your deposit and she’s no idea how to correctly measure up.
The work won’t get completed. Please don’t make a mistake and be out of pocket or worse, left with a mess of a job!

DOE NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY, they have changed their name, they take your money in return for no work. Still waiting for my deposit back, you can never speak to the same person!! They tell you they are either in a meeting or they have left. They have a phoney sales woman who knows nothing about windows. BE WARNED

I had my windows fitted by this lot back in July and it’s been nothing but hassle. Three of the windows were measured wrong and just forced in, so now they leak and have caused damp all over my walls.

I’ve chased Danny loads of times but he never replies. I even rang the office on Friday begging them to finally sort it out, but instead of helping they just came up with another excuse. This time it was all about how they’d been ripped off by some guy called Muhammad, who’s apparently done this before to other companies and has now completely destroyed them.

They continued to talk nonsense about sales reps. i clearly stated that it’s nothing to do with me. They can say they’ve been ripped off all they want, but the fact is I’m the one who’s been ripped off. I paid good money for proper windows and all I’ve got is a bodge job and excuses.

Patsy was lovely, i called her to explain and she was distraught about it and apologised. but the rest of them? Total cowboys. They take your money, blame everyone else, and leave you with the mess.

Had this company install gutter guards on a portion of our home. We have Leaf Filter on some also, but due to the excess unjustified cost we decided to use this company to install the balance.
BIG, BIG, mistake. Unfortunately their product is inferior and unable to handle the distribution of larger downpours, which results in overflow and back up into the facia. Asked for help many times with little follow up or desire to remedy. Their talk about restitution is without merit. Simply unreliable and zero credibility. AVOID and look elsewhere.

Terrible after sales
After months of trying to get to speak to the same person to deal with my complaint of a badly fitting door, I’ve finally had to go to another company who are reputable to help me fix my problem. They are very keen to take your money but don’t want to help you fix things afterwards! Terrible customer service and they get quite aggressive on the phone with you. Several emails and at least 40 phone calls to rectify my problem. I gave up in the end, which is what they wanted!
