DIAMORAY レビュー

Beautiful ring. Better than I expected for the price.

Amazing shopping experience - received my order but the items didn't suit me. The Diamoray team got back to me in no time to arrange an exchange for something else.
Couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them again!

Amazing products, amazing customer service!!

The ring is gorgeous see how long it lasts ! Delivery was quick My only comment my ring is just a bit slack had to get a Q as they didn't do P

Easy to contact yourselves and enquire about issues, that are then quickly resolved.

I complained about the quality of one of my three rings, and they immediately arranged for a replacement. The replacement came quickly and is fine. Communication was excellent I would definitely buy from this company again.

Wow! Amazing jewellery for incredible prices. So sparkly! Almost puts my real rings to shame!

Great quality considering the price, solid pieces, good sparkle, decent sized stones and as described.
Well packaged and arrived quickly.
I dislike the clasps on the tennis bracelet and necklace though, they're very tricky to do up and undo.

Good quality, great price.

The jewellery arrived timeously and they are beautiful. They are great quality at good prices !

Not as advertised item always looks bigger on models hand it arrived and it was so tiny, disappointing

Ordered an item online was easy to navigate. The item comes in a plastic bag and a clear post. So if buying for someone you will need to get a gift box. Overall though very sparkly and good quality. Would use them again.

Jewellery looked beautiful, shipping was fast. But unfortunately the gold plating on my ring was totally rubbed off after less than a month of wearing. I now have a silver ring with only gold remaining on the setting.

I would recommend this company, the ring I first had was lovely but I had to write to say about the claws on this one was wrong as it was a pear shaped ring but they sorted it out for me and I'm so happy with my order and with the customer service

Excellent customer service and problem sorted without any issues

I recently ordered three rings from Diamoray and wanted to share my experience because the customer service has been exceptional.

One of the rings I ordered looked quite different in person, as the stones were much smaller than they appeared on the website. I emailed the company to express my disappointment and concern, and within just a couple of hours I received a very helpful response. They immediately offered to exchange the ring for another of my choice, which I thought was a fantastic solution.

I selected a replacement ring, let them know my choice, and they promptly arranged for it to be sent out. To my surprise, they even told me there was no need to return the original ring as they didn’t want to inconvenience me. That level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. 😊

As for the jewellery itself, two of the three rings I ordered are absolutely beautiful. They are very sparkly, realistic-looking, and look far more expensive than they cost.

While I was initially disappointed with one item, Diamoray’s willingness to resolve the issue quickly and generously has completely won me over. Superior customer service and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. I would happily order from them again and highly recommend them.

Fast delevery, items as described. Nice rings.

The 2 rings are lovely look amazing on , unfortunately the tennis necklace was broken so I'm not able to use which is very sad as it looks lovely, I did email you on the day I received my order but have had no response.
Otherwise I would have given 5 stars
