Superb customer service.
Superb customer service.
Items received are beautiful, however one of the rings did not suit my hand. I asked for an exchange and they were happy to do so. They also told me to keep the ring I wanted to return .... What an incredible service. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Would definitely purchase again!
Ordered a couple of pieces which were absolutely stunning. Unfortunately there were an issue with one of the rings, where a stone fell out (unfortunately they’re had a small issue with one of the batches) Reached out and explained what had happened, got an immediate response from customer support offering a replacement at no cost and I could also keep the faulty ring.
Overall excellent experience with customer support. Would definitely purchase again and will recommend to family & friends

My ring started to have a little heavy tarnishing and they are sending me out a new ring to replace it. I am so grateful as my ring is so beautiful I didn’t want to stop wearing it.

Easy to view and order.
Easy to view and order.
Lovely when the ring arrived. Looks classy and sparkling.
Ideal for holiday or special occasions.
I ordered the yellow metal & the coating did not last any longer than 7 days to the underneath.
Still looks good from above until you turn over your hand, and then, it’s a silver colour.
For the price, I would recommend

Dear Jessica,
We apologize that this has happened.
To keep the ring in the best condition, we recommend avoiding water, lotions, perfumes, soaps, and chemicals, as these can affect the finish and cause the piece to turn. We also recommend storing it in a dry place when not being worn.

Absolutely amazing, ordered 3 rings to wear while I’m away on holiday in July. They came and they are beautiful however the sizing was one size too small. Contacted customer service and it was rectified within 2 hours even after being told someone would contact me within 24hours. New rings on the way! Absolutely amazing customer service and can’t wait to order more jewellery!

Brilliant customer service which is responsive and effective (such a joy). The rings are really beautiful aswell (I had seen similar rings in sale for a lot more money and therefore was delighted when mine arrived and I saw how realistic and pretty they are). It’s great not to have to worry about expensive jewellery when travelling
