The game shuts down way too much! It takes extremely too long to load each time and you have to click all the ads each time 😠. Fix this!

I have to remove myself from this game. I’m getting scammed. I keep reaching certain levels shelling out money everyday just to get nothing in return. I can’t afford to keep spending money on game like that.

The game is fun & at first its "free" but after advancing thru levels, you basically have to pay to participate in any events. They give you 40 free rolls, but it takes 5000 rolls to achieve anything. I thought about deleting my account & starting over fresh so it would be fun & free again for awhile, but after reading the small print found out there is no way to truly delete your account & start fresh if you have it linked to your Google or Facebook account...but you cant play without linking it. Once you begin buying items, the prices get jacked up & then they offer nothing for free!! It's so frustrating!

Game freezes all the time and now tou have to pay to play it the only thing it is good for now is deleting it I bought two apps after that no more ad rewards do not buy anything from these greedy game designers I deleted game after that

Cute and fun but I’m having issues again with purchase not being received and still sending everything they ask for glitches a lot and you lose a lot when it does don’t really think they care anymore

I beat 81 levels of this game in 6 days without paying for a thing and watching ads and should have received 50$ on the free cash app for my efforts but the developers didnt like that I didnt pay for a thing and felt I was defrauding them by defeating their shit game and trying to hustle the 300$ from free cash like any normal person laid up with the flu would do. you cant scam a hustler i paid for nothing lol.

You will NOT advance in this game without spending money & I've spent WAY TOO much! The most irritating part is the "dice multipler" AUTOMATICALLY changing. Numerous times I hit the "roll button" only to realize AFTER the fact that it was set on 2000/roll. A lame attempt to drain your # dice that you've either earned or PAID for! I've lost about 15,000 dice bcuz of this and have complained several times! Their reply is I should check beforehand WTF? How about NOT automatically changing it? Who bets 2000 dice/per roll? Nobody that's who!

I spent weeks completing a Dice Dreams offer in good faith — grinding levels, watching countless ads, and even making a £5.99 in-app purchase to help progress. I met all the required conditions and completed the milestones.

After completion, I deleted the app (only after finishing everything). Shortly after, my rewards were reversed.

I did not use a VPN, switch devices, or attempt anything against the rules. The deletion happened after the offer requirements were met, so tracking should already have registered the completion.

What’s most upsetting isn’t just the money — it’s the time and effort invested. Hours of gameplay and engagement were effectively wiped out with no meaningful explanation beyond an automated reversal.

I have requested a manual review and provided evidence. I hope this can still be resolved, but at the moment I feel extremely let down.

I would urge others to be cautious and to understand that even if you complete offers fully, rewards may still be reversed.

Dice Dreams is a very intelligent way to take advantage of people with addictive personalities. When you start they offer you a lot of fun for very little cash. ⚠️, if you ever give them a dollar you'll be sorry. They'll remove any option of playing for free other than a few dice each day and they consistently raise the price of the exact same goods to different users and they do it until you stop buying or have to get a Go fund me account to pay your rent. It's a scam and once you hit that 33.99 for 1k dice mark, they start leaving things out of your purchase. I had to screenshot my orders and file fraud with my bank to get my money back and this is just someone testing the game for other users. Google should be ashamed of themselves except they regularly partner with far worse.

I really like the game dice dreams I play it every day and it helps pass time while you have fun

I was not credited tournament rewards for coming in 2nd place. I waited over 12 hours. I contacted the customer service team which replied twice, with unhelpful advice on a different matter not relating to my concerns. I have been ignored and made out to feel like a liar. I have even spent money on this app. I have now missed out on £20 worth of rewards on my rewards app and the team have not made any steps to communicate what they are doing to fix it. I have never ever had this much hassle trying to claim something I have rightfully earned on any other game but this one. Other games offer a prize for the inconvenience whereas these just ignore you.

It’s a scam. I have put so so so so many hours in the game to now be “oh we have a problem” and can’t log in, haven’t been able to for hours even if it says their servers are up and running. They dont seams to wanna help you either. So for your own sak. DONT EVER START to play the game, its waste of time and space!!

What a horrible company. Keep clear. They have stolen money from me. It wasn't much but they have completely washed their hands of it. Id like to know if there is a governing body. I created a case, provided receipts. They just closed it

Ok so I only needed 3 stickers to complete my whole album so what I did was buy three deals that each had a wild card (sticker) so I received my purchases and it didn't apply it to the one sticker I chose for some odd reason. I had screenshots of everything and contacted customer support via email and in the game. Well they said they sent me my missing wild card but they did not ! Instead what I received was two duplicates which doesn't make any sense because with a wild card you pick the sticker you want to use it for. So I went back and forth with them for two days only to he screwed out of my 74,000 rolls, which is what I was suppose to receive finishing my album sets. I spend a good amount of money on this game and now because of what they did to me I am gonna uninstall the game and I am gonna make sure everyone I know either uninstalls the game also or never installs the game. It's like no matter what u say or send them they are always in the right. I wouldn't of cared if it was over a few measly rolls but we are talking about 74,000 rolls. They always have some kinda issue with the game, it's always glitching. So I don't recommend playing this game! I'm so so mad over this words can't really begin to describe how mad I am. All they had to do was give me my wild card that was owed and they couldn't do that! NEVER AGAIN !

Scammy VERY time consuming game. Collected over 500 sheilds and magically after 30min and being "attacked" 1x Im out of sheilds. Very hard to move forward unless inviting friends or making an in app purchase. Waste of time. All the sites that pay u to play this game are asking for unrealistic advancements plus to make in app purchase. Dont waste ur time like I have

I did enjoy this game very much but now all I do is pay money constantly and can’t play due constantly being kicked out of the game.

you have to pay pay pay to get shitty progress and all the ads to buy buy buy for a price that is totally not realistic.
delete the app and never play again...it will save you time and money...a lot of money
