SCAM!!! WE NEED MAKE IT LOUD!!!
So this is 4th review of Genesis Global LTD coz this story never ends. I delated first one coz was to long, so was unable to put all details. I received pointless automatic respond for second one. 3th one was flagged for promotion (i guess i shouldn't put website name of organisation who can help fight back this scam). My story is similar to many of others on here. Problems start when U ask about withdrawal. They verified me, then 1h25min later asked about more documents so basically didn’t verified me, even said they did. Then I sent more documents. They said they will not accept bank statement or letter, even is clearly on list of POA documents on their T&C. Then they said POA was accepted, then asked me again about my bank card “coz for some reason is not visible”. Of course was visible. Just another excuse to not pay out money. Then told me that they actually have that card picture but said that I need give them POA coz last was was not accepted, even I have email from day before that was accepted! Is real scam so I made official complain at Genesis Group LTD. They still have 5working days to answer. Then I can go to IBAS and court.
In mean time will create movie on YouTube to show my story and story’s of people who are clearly victims of this nasty company.
I will do everything to open country size discussions about this SCAM company!!!
Will update soon with details (I am not allowed to give my email address but i will find solution) so anyone can contact me and I really want hear your story so maybe we can use it to movie also. This will help to bring attention which we need!!!!
I had emotional breakdown on the 16.02.2022, not only coz they didn’t want pay my money (more than 3k) even I made verification, but mostly because they play sick game and think are untouchable!

U treated me horribly for 10days, discriminated me, humilated me, didn't paid my money (deposite+withdrawal), even my account was verified (yes, i have prove), asked about more and more of documents (I also have prove), just to avoid paying my money, because of that i had meltdown and other health problems connected with it. I have enough proves to win my case. We also know that you are not sorry at all. So 'Dear' CasinoPlanet i will not take anymore any of your lies.

Another really weird thing that their UK number is never working, U can only hear information to contact them by live chat or email. U can try 0800 029 4556. If they blocked your account like they did with me (because I am Asperger's person! Is called discrimination!), also live chat is not working. Only one way to contact them is email.
IMPORTANT! All of U can ask about help from GC and court.

After 11 days of stupid emails (God's know how many emails) I have my money on my account! Mirracle! Do U think is end? No:) Wait for movie.... max 3months. enjoy. Only truth with prove, no lies:) Ps. Is not make sense to humilate Autistic person. Karma is a ...we all know what:)
