I am writing this review I ordered 2 St's of light over 2 weeks ago they were out fir delivery but they were sent back to the sender
They advertise free delivery and it's using parcel force I paid fir delivery over 3 days no joy no feedback from my emails hope I get some movement soon

Damaged order on arrival. Multiple online enquiries and email sent. No reply. Customer service telephone line does not answer. Terrible experience. Customer service non-existent. Sent glass lamp shades with absolutely no packing material. Inevitably and obviously arrived smashed to pieces. Unacceptable. AVOID!

nobody replies to my emails, nobody answering the phone about an order, whereby only the actual light bulbs have arrived. Where are the lights?

We had a quick response from them when we reported that the light we ordered didn’t work. They sent us a new one very quickly.

I bought a lovely up and down outside light. I got in touch as I had not received an email with my order acknowledgement which had gone to my spam box. Ross was straight in touch advising that the order was on its way. I received it the same day. I would totally recommend this company

Quick delivery but to return the item for a refund is quite hard. Although the outer packaging was quite torn

Good product descriptions, items received exactly as described. Website easy to navigate and use. Delivery received on the day stated. Great value for money would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Fab light, fast delivery and good service

Dickens Direct have a great range of products at great prices. The quality of the products are excellent. The website is very user friendly and checkout was straight forward. I was really surprised how quick the items were shipped and delivered, as most other companies have a slower turnaround.
I will definitely be using Dickens Direct in the future!

Light is so small and not suitable for a kitchen

I had ordered 13 lights from their website, outof which one of the lights we had ordered was extra and the one we ordered 2 only, they delivered us 3, and another light of different type was not ordered to us.

The kind of betrayal they have done with us on that aspect is quite shameful.

Hope they resolve our problem.

Ordered 2 lights. No issues, speedy delivery and arrived well packaged with no damage. Couldn't ask for more
