Delivery was poor and not as expected

Delivery was poor and not as expected. The first delivery person failed to install. When I called him that I paid for installation he seemed irritated and said that was not part of the brief.

Customer service were able to try to rectify, unfortunately due to parking restrictions they delivery persons were unable to install.

Reliable

I had an email prior to delivery on the day to say the vehicle had a breakdown but they're doing all they can do still deliver it even though it was a somewhat late delivery anyway, so I really didn't expect it to arrive.

But it did, true to their word - great first time experience with AIT.

Didn’t, as promised, phone me 30 minutes before arrival, which was important because the delivery was to my place on a caravan site. Fortunately the office could take it and then deliver it to my site.

AIT delivery

Kept us informed throughout delivery process, we didn't choose AIT to deliver our purchase, however if we have another purchase being delivered by them we will be happy as the experience was good.
