Robin was really quick at getting in touch and booking in coming round to assess the boiler, he even managed to come earlier when we lost hot water.

He got a replacement part and fixed the issue in no time, and was a friendly and pleasant person to deal with.

Excellent service! Robin came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem. He has mended the boiler and at the same time rectified a long-term problem we were having with the pressure dropping. A local, friendly, professional service, very reasonably priced; I would highly recommend to anyone.

Robin was so friendly and knowledgeable and was able to service our old boiler for a reasonable price. He came over the day after I reached out to him and talked me through it whilst doing the work. I would definitely recommend him to others and will be calling him back for any future issues

I had a problem with our boiler not starting one Saturday afternoon. I called DBS and they came round within about 15 minutes. Quickly identifed the problem and fixed it. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would happily use them again.

Had a new boiler installed by didsbury boiler service, they did an outstanding job, left everything clean and tidy and recommended a really good boiler. Price was excellent too. Have also had a few other jobs with rads since and Robin is always round in no time and does an excellent job every time.
