The vendor created a mock-up so I could see what the finished product would look like, and worked with me on different options, each time sending a picture so I could see the changes. The finished product was fantastic! It was a gift and the recipient loved it / so unique! I especially loved that I was able to add markers showing key locations on the map.

We ordered two as employee gifts and they are perfect! They're absolutely beautiful and created as requested. They arrived on time as expected and were packed very well to avoid any potential damage. Would definitely order from this vendor again without hesitation. Thank you, Anna!
