I would like to share my experience with Wired Tunes regarding the purchase of my Audeze LCD-5S.

Pédalier acheté près de 100euros moins cher qu’ailleurs reçu rapidement ( moins de 5 jours). Conforme à ma commande. Livreur sérieux qui a pris le temps de m’appeler avant, colis remis en main propre et emballage reçu dans un état impeccable.

Got good and friendly help on the page chat, delivery was smooth and painless.

At first I wasn't sure if the company could be legit for the low prices but after seeing other positive reviews I bought my RME interface from Wired Tunes instead of Bax or Thomann because the price difference was significant enough. The package arrived sooner than I had expected, even with international shipping. Customer service was also great - quick replies and very helpful, even though it was my mistake. I had bought it with VAT thinking I would get the vat back on my business tax return but hadn't realized for international purchases this would go through the VIES system. Wired Tunes was kind enough to give me a new invoice for my business and refund the vat.

The service and pricing was excellent - the only problem was delayed and unreliable delivery by DPD

Really happy with my experience with Wired Tunes. I managed to grab a Gallien-Krueger Neo IV 410 at a price that was honestly hard to beat.

Lorsque j’ai eu une question, Mac m’a répondu en 1h par mail et m’a sérieusement aidé dans mon achat.

L’envoi a été fait le jour même, envoyé de Pologne lundi et reçu en France jeudi. Le colis était suremballé de plusieurs couches de papier bulle et d’un film noir assurant la confidentialité de l’objet commandé.

Il s’agit sûrement de mon premier avis ici mais si vous envisagez d’acheter en ligne chez Wired Tunes n’hésitez pas quel que soit votre pays de destination.
