I purchased Office 2024 Professional Plus and Windows 11 Pro bundle last year. I needed this for installing a new Windows VM on my newly purchased Mac and a new home computer.
First-off the purchase was a breeze. I did ask bunch of questions before buying to make sure though. Every single response was immediate and to the point. The keys were delivered right away after the purchase was made. There were no issues installing the keys for my first device a month later. Fast forward to few months, I ran into issues with my second device. They resolved it within 30 min of my email. Now I am up and running. If I need any licenses in the future, I know where to go!

I did ordered the wrong software and wrote a note to Digilicenses to inform them. I received the correct item minutes later as a replacement.

I had purchased Microsoft software combos from digilicenses.com several times and this time I had the best experience. Mainly it's because I received the product keys almost right away as opposed to before that I had to wait for up to quite a few hours. That's a big improvement. Furthermore, both product keys worked for at least one system. I haven't tried the claimed 3 devices yet.

However, there is one thing I had trouble with and that's a minor inconvenience. The website claimed they support PayPal payment, but I couldn't find the selection when I tried to make payment. I hope they will either remove the PayPal icon on the web page or add the payment method at the time of payment.

I PAID FOR PRODUCT. BUT COULD NEVER GOT IT DOWNLOADED. A WASTE OF MONEY. THE LINK TOOK ME TO WEBSITE BUT NO LINK TO DOWNLOAD PRODUCT

Programm bestellt. Bestätigung kam innerhalb von Minuten einschließlich download link und activation keys. download dauerte nur Minuten. Installation und Anmeldung bei Mikrosoft kein Problem.

The issue of the license was seamless and very fast. Locating the download was more confusing as the link in the email took you back to the shop. When the download was located all was straightforward. The addition of PayPal would be good even though the website states it is available

I had a problem with the web site and I communicated with the support staff and they gave me extraordinary support until the situation was resolved to my satisfaction.
