My PC windows 10 operating system became corrupted and I had to reload it consequently all other software on my PC including my Office 2021 Professional Plus bought from Digilicenses in 2022 was totally deleted during the process. They kindly helped me free of charge to download and re-install Office 2021 Professional Plus. Digilicenses were very helpful and very much appreciated.

When I was unable to download my purchased product, I contacted Digilicenses via their customer-care channel. I immediately received a reply, containing a specialized link to facilitate the download. I used that link successfully. Digilicenses was was extremely responsive to my needs.

Bin mit dem Produkt und vor allem dem Support sehr zufrieden und kann das Produkt guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.
Bei mir konnte anfangs nur der erste Rechner sauber installiert werden, der zweite machte Probleme auf die beschriebene Art. Nach kurzer Anfrage beim Support erhielt ich dann einen weiteren Link mit dem alles problemlos funktionierte. Auch die Aktivierung auf beiden Geräten war problemlos. Und das alles innerhalb von 2 Stunden, so wünscht man sich den Support. Daher meine volle Empfehlung.

Ich habe vor kurzem Microsoft Office 2021 für 3 Geräte erworben und bin mit diesem Produkt sehr zufrieden !!! Die Installation hat super nach einer Anleitung geklappt !!! Besonderen Dank gehört dem Service-Team die mir bei einem Gerätewechsel wo ich auch das Office aktivieren wollte geholfen haben !!! Weil eine Lizenz für 3 Geräte funktioniert nicht für 4 Geräte , aber das hat das Service-Team für mich super gelöst !!! Gruß Wolfgang !!! PS : sehr zu empfehlen weiter so !!!

I had some unusual issues with a computer that was recently reset and fresh. Office just would not install. GameCardShop worked with me all the way through until it was installaed and activated. Thank you so much! Great service!

Bought a Windows 11 Pro licence in November for 3 PC's, which included MS.
Installed a code which didn't work.
E-mailed and received a reply in literally minutes.
After a few efforts at troubleshooting, all applications worked.
In February, MS stopped working, so I e-mailed again.
Within minutes, new code was sent and MS working.
I cannot fault their back-up, which when considering what is paid for the product, is simply outstanding.
Companies out there, take note of how back-up should be done.
Highly recommended.
