We would like to share our feedback on the DigiSME HRMS Software and our experience using the system. Overall, we have found DigiSME HRMS to be a very useful and efficient platform for managing our HR processes. The system is user-friendly and the various modules help streamline day-to-day HR operations effectively. We would also like to extend a special appreciation to the support team for their consistent assistance. A big shout-out to Mr. Sanni Kumar, who has been exceptionally responsive and supportive throughout our experience with the system. He promptly addresses our queries, always ensures that our concerns are resolved efficiently. His proactive approach and willingness to assist make him our go-to person for any support related to the system.

We are using DigiSME for employees attendance and leave management. While updating leave records for the 2026 calender year, we faced some challenges. the DigiSME support team guided us effectively and helped streamline the system. The leave records are now updated correctly, and we appreciate their timely support.......Thanks.
