I was having problems downloading onto my tablet. However, it was easily resolved through having the team be able to send instructions and responding straight away. It was a very good price. Happy with the service recieved. Recommended!

I have never met such a knowledgeable team for a microsoft product. Helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable, able, multi platform (both IOS, Windows). And pricing was great.
Kudos to the Digital Zone team they rock: where Microsoft falls short on practically everything especially service, they definitely fill the gap with excellence.

I have trouble with lots of tech stuff and was confused when I went to download the product I just bought by an upsell page that was part of the download. Whit the help of your chat representee I got through it. The person was understanding and very helpful

Sceptical about the low prices- read other reviews and bought Microsoft Office - absolutely no problem in installing, key accepted and received very quickly by email- excellent and recommended!

I purchased Microsoft Office 2019 for a very good price and received link to download within a few minutes, and had absolutely no problems with installation. I couldn’t be more happy!!

Good service; quick & easy.

I had a small problem installing software that I purchased from Digital Zone and when I emailed them my issue, they promtly responded and sent me a solution which solved the issue. They were very fast in replying and wanted to do whatever possible to solve the issue.

Products were received as promised. Install of Windows Pro 10 and Office Pro 2016 went without a hitch. Thank you so much Digital Zone. Thought the prices were too good to be true but my doubts have been alleviated now. All up and running in less than 30 minute! Cheers.

The software was delivered within an hour of ordering but the I had a problem with installation. I contacted DZ support and they dealt with the problem straight away. All in all, I’m very happy with the service.

I purchased MS Office for Mac in December 2020 and was immediately sent a code with a download link, I was initially sent the wrong code but within 15 minutes I had the correct code with an apology, first thumbs up, In July 2021 I upgraded to a New Mac Silicon and wanted to install the office package I had purchased. I struggled so I contacted DZ and again within 1hr (6 months after purchase) I had a reply with instructions and a link how to do this, second thumbs up. Customer service is pretty awful these days but these guys put the others to shame. Thanks DZ, I will be recommending you to anyone I know that needs software. Thumbs up for all! 5 ⭐️ Service.
