I think this is a scam.

I think this is a scam.
I have purchased for some eBooks. My payment was done immediately but not received any email regarding confirmation or when I will get my ebook.
Its second day and I am emailing to their support email id. But no one is responding. Even from support page I message two times but no response.
Don’t know how I convinced to purchase ebook from here.

I'm so thankful to purchase so many books from your site, unfortunately I can't open half of the books because the file is unsupported document and can't access from my phone, if you could help me to open all of these books, I would be happy for this time.
