We are very pleased with our purchase, a great kit and such good power and quality.
Our only concern is the attachment of the E Brake sensors to the original Giant brake levers, there is no flat surface to attach to, cable ties do not work.
I am not sure how long the sensors will stay in place.
More suitable brake levers would be the solution to this concern.

The kit was as described, complete and well made. The packaging was perfect. Both before and after purchase customer support was outstanding with prompt and complete replies. Iris in customer support was great. The kit was easy to install with the available you tube videos. I would recommend without reservation.

Bought the rear motor offroad kit this summer which i installed on my road bike. Wasnt sure it was gonna work because I mostly see it installed on MTB but the set up worked. Just used it a few times this summer for a 20 to 30 mile ride around NYC and it's awesome. This motor eats up steep hills like nothing. I only use the pedal assist on hills on 1 to 2 power level and that is enough. I installed the accelerator but dont really need it. I only use 1 or 2 bars on the power meter and plenty of juice left. I realized i didnt really need the brake sensor/power cut off so i didnt attach it, i just stop pedalling and the power assist shuts off. I'm happy with the purchase hopefully this will last a long time.

Impressive quick delivery, well packaged kit. The kit was pretty easy to fit to the bike. I would like to have seen some improved written instructions.

The kit itself seems well made and i am impressed with the torque.

Excellent kit - good instructions - easy enough to fit. I had a couple of issues due to my dropout geometry - Dillenger Tech Support helped nicely. Be aware they are in AUS time zones - so there's a little wait from EU ;) Kit performs very well - and has 'rescued' an excellent traditional bike.

Only two very minor niggles: the colour coding on the leads is not the same as the manual, perhaps update the online manuals.

The brake sensors require a little fiddling do that they are the right height and meet one another, maybe the in-line sensors for the next iteration?

great service love the motor..... I think the suggested millage is off a bit but i do rely on the motor a lot. premium off-road kit on a Cruzer top speed around 37 km

I highly recommend this electric bike conversion kit if you already have a bike that you like. This has coverted my bike to the capacity to go on rides with hills now. A complete lifestyle changer. Beyond that, the Dillenger company has been extremely helpful prior to my purchase, assisting me with cut out patterns to make sure the battery pack fit my bike, assist in wheel size, and also installation YouTube videos. These people are well educated of their product and back it with their customer service. The conversion kit also arrived efficiently and within 2 days of my order. I wish all online purchases were as efficient as this company and product.

An excellent purchase. Easy to fit and works brilliantly. I live in a very hilly part of the UK and it makes the extra steep hills manageable whilst also allowing easy turn on and off when I wish for extra exercise. Customer service has been excellent and delivery prompt within a matter of days. I strongly recommend this front wheel conversion kit.Fits the bike neatly and is at least half the cost of a purpose built e-bike

Did not ship my bike that i paid for on there kickstarter campain! no refund was provided!

It took for ever to arrive, never answered my emails either. The wiring was so long it could have fitted a tandem. The kit itself is very well made thou the PAS kept wobbling until i used a glue gun to stick it in place.

Awesome kit! Highly recommend. I had to make a few small adjustments to get the cadence sensor installed, but it was pretty straight forward. I've done about 1000K's with the kit and it hasn't missed a beat.

So I purchased the Premium off road conversion kit. They were out of stock and had to wait, which is just a part of life really. When it arrived having already read up on the installation process I was expecting the install to take a little longer than it did. The whole package is very user friendly, practical and does appear to be of high quality. Once the install was complete, it was game on so to speak..... I have had it for about 2 weeks now and have done around 300km to date.
I converted a 27 1/2 inch mountain bike, I did think it would be necessary to upgrade the brakes to hydraulic disc from mechanical disc and am very glad I did. After only 1 week, I decided to upgrade the front chainring to a much larger sprocket as you could not keep up peddling when going flat out.... it travels along on the flat at around 43-44km/hr.
I would strongly recommend fitting the brake sensors, as when turning in confined space at low speeds the motor kicks in and without the sensors gets a bit hairy, the sensors are very quick acting to disengage and work well.
I have done a few rides of around 10-20 km only and have used the throttle quite heavily, I have noticed there is a slight drop in speed and torque when the battery starts to get low.
Overall, this is an outstanding kit, and my only real gripe is that my bike is only of low to medium quality and can only imagine how much more fun it would be on a high quality bike.
