Bought an Air Source Heat Pump Water cylnder which has just been installed. Had some issues initially with an error code on the display which related to the installation of the ducting, which once resolved, having spoken to customer service meant that the cylinder was up and running.
Customer service was excellent, even when setting up the remote hub. Thanks to Harvey and Leanne for being so helpful.
The cylinder itself runs really efficiently and keeps the water hot at a pretty constant 50 degrees without running all the time. The Hub is excellent in monitoring temperature and usage.
If I do have any criticism, it would be that the software setup on the app is a bit clunky, but once it is done, it works really well.
All in all a very positive and encouraging service.
***DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE MIGRAINES***
Awful customer service, they will cancel appointment on the day even though you have arranged time off work, their engineer called me 8am on the day to complain that he cannot make it by 12pm because he has some training to attend to and the office were aware of this but still allocated the job to him. This says a lot about the company. They will then tell you a date in roughly 2 weeks time. Very bad from a company this size and when you do raise concerns they just could not care less. And 3 weeks almost 4 weeks on I still have a leaky cylinder which is still under warranty.

I am trying to ask a simple question about the noise my Clement Dimplex heater is making. The customer service is awful, agents have put the phone down on me twice before I can even ask a question. The only other way to contact them is by filling in a form that asks questions I haven't got the answers for. I'm so frustrated and still don't know if I have to put up with this loud motor when the fire is switched on!
Rubbish products and service.
We bought an electric fireplace in Dec-25 from a company. We had nothing but issues with it from the outset with remotes not working to eventually the whole unit stopped working. When we inquired about getting it fixed, they wouldn’t fix even though the unit stopped working after most 3 months as they said electricians needed to be involved at our cost. We had electricians involved when we bought the unit and they recommended the setup.
Terrible products and cheap rubbish and service. Would not give any stars if could.
Wish I could have replaced my old Cheriton with same not modern version Kingsley .

Can't get on with it I feel the flame moves too quickly even on F1, find it distracting.

Heater does not feel as powerful as the old Cheriton which was simple only 3 switches and the brass fender was real brass. The logs supplied to for the Kingsley remind me of dog pooh (sorry) wont use them. Modern technology ???
Noisy
Fire is oké, looks are oké, misty fire is oké, but the noise of the fan at a distance of 4 meter....
I quess its a. Temu fan. Terrible.
Dimplex netherlands simply say maybe it will be oké after a while.
In other words you have to life with it.

This little Everdri10 dehumidifier I purchased for my very wet home has taken all the excess moisture from the windows snd walls in just three days. Even after the first 3 hrs i noticed the walls were dry! Pouring out the water is so gratifying. It's not heavy on electric either! Winning! The only thing I did not like was the very large sticker pasted on the front of this new unit. Impossible to peal off. Left a ton of sticky glue. Ordered goo off to clean it. Really poor decision by this company to put large bright pink marketing sticker on the front of a brand new unit. It works fantastic. Thank you for making this! It's changed my life. I was so tired of vacuuming every day, sometimes twice a day. I have recommended it to a few of my favorite people.

Bought a dimplex 60 inch sense ,medel electric fire from argos on 19th january 26.had to be returned due to terrible grinding noises from flame effect dimplex sent replacement few days later but had exact same issue.iv complaine and refused 3rd replacement from dimplex and because my media wall was built for that specific fire i cabt return it to argos for full refund so argos gave me partial refund of 40 pounds .and its pathetic for a fire that cost me 500 pounds from argos .i warn anyone regarding this particular model dont buy it it is faulty

Absolutely horrendous customer service
Absolutely horrendous customer service. Bought a brand new fire with a faulty flame effect. I registered it straight away for the warranty and tried speaking to the customer service line which I could not get through to. After two months of emails and really poor communication with constant replies to old emails and going round in circles they agreed to send me a new fire. This appears to of gone missing with DPD. Ive tried to get updates from Dimplex as to what happened as 3 weeks have passed since it went missing and not had any updates or replies to my emails. If I’d of known what I know now I would have avoided them. They need to look at how Shark and Ninja do things for example.

We had ongoing issues with our Optimist Fortrose stove. The thermal cutout happened and then we had no mist or fan. As our appliance was out of warranty, we purchased spare parts from an electrical company including PCB board, transjuicer & fan. This didn't resolve the issue so we reached out to Dimplex in the hopes that they could help us in some way. Amazingly, we received an email to say that they were going to send us some spare parts to see if we could get to the bottom of our problem. When the parts arrived, these parts included PCB board, transjuicer & fan and once fitted, our stove was working perfectly. We emailed them to ask what the charges were for the parts only to be told that there was no charge. Incredible service. Cannot recommend Dimplex enough. Without their help we would have had to purchase a new stove.

I am trying to contact Dimplex to find out optimum charge settingsfor my storage heater. I've had no response and think that this might be because I can't completely fill out the boxes in their inquiry form. They want to know the serial number, but I can't see it because the heater is attached to the wall. Why can't companies give out telephone numbers? It's so much easier and makes for better customer relations.
This is an update
This is an update. Had two dimplex quantum heaters installed in my one bedroom flat in early 2024. I was given the energy efficiency scripture which has turned out to be nonsense. These heaters cost a fortune. I have only ever had the 2kw in use in the lounge and that’s expensive but turning on the small one in the bedroom just for two hours in the morning has meant that the price has rocketed. They are not even delivering heat in the day but I’m paying about £8 a day just for morning and evening. Roll on spring or I will be broke.

I have an Optiflame Cheriton fire which stopped heating up last year when it was about 3 years old.
At the start of this winter I began trying all of the options to correct the problem suggested in the Dimplex manuals, most of which were irrelevant and made no difference.
I have recently given up on trying to access any help from Dimplex customer support as they are just sending me round in circles and providing no answers at all.
I quite like the product, and I suspect that the problem is not a serious one but this company does not seem to provide any customer support at all.
I am going to take it to a local repair shop who I hope will be able to help me get another 3 years out of it.
Dimplex Quantum Heaters
In March 2024 we had 6 Dimplex Quantum heaters installed into our home. 4 of the heaters heat the rooms to the designed temperature of 21c. and two of the heaters fail to heat the two rooms to the designed temperature of 21c. It is now 21 months since the heaters were installed and in spite of numerous emails and telephone conversations with Dimplex they have failed to resolve the issue of the two heaters not heating the two rooms to the designed temperature of 21c.

I bought a Dimplex fire heating in 2022. At first very nice, realistic fire and good atmosphere. After 2 years the heating did not work anymore. And a couple of months later the fire distinguished as well. D not buy it!

Dimplex customer service… Lack of it !
I called Dimplex at their customer support centre which is based in the Netherlands.
I had problems with out Dimplex Opti- mist electric fire and wanted technical support.I spoke to Luzia who gave me some checks to carry out and it was agreed I would call her the next day to let her know the results.
When I called back she couldn’t remember our conversation or my contact details which I gave her the day before. One of the checks she recommended was testing the remote control which I did as instructed.As a result of that test I was advised to order a new remote costing £62. I carried out the same check with the new remote which proved that the test she advised didn’t work so no I didn’t need a new remote. She said she would send me a list of local electrical engineers to take a look at the Dimplex but all she did was provide a list from check a trade. I subsequently emailed her asking what she could now do to help as I had just wasted £62 but she didn’t have the courtesy to reply. Shocking unhelpful service. Buyer beware!!

QRAD heater extremely noisy
QRAD panel heater extremely noisy. Clicks non-stop for 2-4 minutes every cycle when warming up and then same time cooling down because of thermal expansion. It cycles on and off many times per hours and therefore it's extremely disruptive. It can be heard above loud TV and, if flat is quiet, 2 rooms away.
Customer service contacted and refusing assistance ("a natural phenomenon and can't be predicted"). Yet, never happend with other panel heaters.
I will never buy from Dimplex again.

I bought an expensive fire in a surround with a heater and log fire flame effect.
It worked well for some time and then the flame effect died.
I explained the situation to Dimplex who did not say what might be wrong and anyway they did not keep spares for my model. This was not the reply I was expecting.
I left a review on Trust Pilot and someone replied saying they would be in touch. Of course no one did and I am left with a large piece of furniture that is useless.
Beware of buying a Dimplex product.
